Established in 2010.
Savvy J’s is a ten year dream finally realized. After working for over twenty years in the food industry I decided that I was ready to do something for myself. I always wanted to have something that I could share with my kids and do the kind of food I want to do. I have a passion for food that represents my southern roots, good down home comfort food!

I have worked in the food industry for over twenty years. Graduated from WCI in 2001. Spent nine years in Sous chef and Executive chef roles from Tacoma, WA, Gulfport, MS, and Las Vegas, NV. I am also a proud husband and father of three.
