Manager Jessica Sandoval-​Orzel and Sarah Burns are about as good as it gets when it comes to customer service and custom framing. Both ladies have an extensive background in art and art history and are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to helping you to find the perfect mat and frame for your piece.
I especially like the fact that Beard’s Framing is extremely community minded and supports several local artists and charities.

I love these guys and will not take my framing business anywhere else. They are professional and respectful. They have good artistic sense and taste, helping pick the perfect mat and frame for my art within my budget. They know me by name and remember my prior projects. Totally amazing customer service. I had a 1955 painting reframed and the person who took care of me was very helpful. She took her time, showed me all kinds of frames and found out what my style preferences were. She helped me decide when I was in doubt as to the perfect match. I was very pleased with the end result and I am enjoying my newly framed painting every day.

I had a very positive experience at Beard’s. Jessica was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the actual cost of custom framing and will have to wait to make this investment. Had an easy frame job that I was going to simply stick in a frame. That’s before I met and worked with the awesome JESSICA at Beard’s. If you have a challenge or a simple job, bring it to her! She has serious skills. Artistic, creative, super friendly, listens to what you want while bringing her style knowledge to the table, just a great experience. I was so impressed with what she did for my little project, I brought in my bigger project which is a compilation of Mexican art treasures that she is framing as a little collective display. Can’t wait to pick it up. Gonna be awesome as she laid it all out for me. I can see it before it’s done with her careful explanation and guidance about the process. I have been going to Beards for years. The staff there are welcoming, artistic, and take the time to join with me in looking at a variety of options to make each framing project unique. The quality of the workmanship is consistently excellent, the choices of mats and frames extensive, and my many framed projects have stood the test of time on my walls at home. Highly recommend them. I recently went to Beard’s at lloyd center for a fairly large framing job. I am decorating a nursery and had two large, very colorful, original watercolor pictures, and four smaller watercolors. I had an idea of what I wanted, but wasn’t sure what would look best or how it should all go together. The salesperson, Jessica, was incredible. She waited to offer her opinion until I asked for help, and then suggested several options. The matting she suggested made the pictures pop. She gave me options of differing prices while explaining her opinion on which option would be okay to go cheap on, and which would be worth it to spend the money on. She covered the price of her putting the matting and picture together in the frame for me, and the price of me doing it on my own.
It was an overall great experience, and then to top it off I called in to the store 5 days before the pictures were «due» to be picked up to see if they happened to be ready early. She said the materials had just come in that morning but that she would finish the job within the hour. An hour later they were ready to be picked up, and they looked fabulous.
