Established in 1989.

Framing Resource started In 1989 offering high quality custom framing for artists and galleries. Over our 26 years in business we have grown into Portland’s premier picture framing destination. We specializing in preservation and presentation of all types of works of art from kids art to museum quality fine art.

Meet the Business Owner

Todd P.

Business Owner

Todd studied printmaking and fine art at both Oregon State University and Pacific Northwest College of Art. While a student at PNCA he worked for the Portland Art Museum with Dr. Gordon Gilkey, Curator of Prints and Drawings. At PAM he learned the proper techniques and materials for archival framing that he uses today to preserve and display your art.
