Very disappointed, I had to cancel my reservation 23.5 hours beforehand and was told that I would be charged half the fare because I didn’t cancel within 24 hours. When I pointed out that I was not told that I must cancel within 24 hours, I was told that it says so on the website, which I had not seen.

This was the best airport car service I have ever used. I travel a lot both for work and for pleasure. I am not a Portland native, so I was nervous about using a company I was unfamiliar with.
