I LOVE cryo! I have been going for the past month, and I will definitely continue with this weekly :) It is great for my skin and puts me in a great mood all day! Richard is incredible. He is very patient, kind, and empathetic. He will explain everything you want to know! Great guy owns a great business :)

Surprisingly tolerable, the low temperature was not as big a deal as I imagined it would be. After one session, a very locked up left hip was easy to move and my left hamstring also had more flexibility. Both were making my runs miserable, so I’m hoping this will improve that alot. I will be back for additional sessions.

First time today. It was great. Painless. Felt cold for sure, but not at all painful. Now my body feels tingly and pleasant. Planning on coming back for more post-run recovery stuff. heard about cryotherapy on this podcast with Tony Robbins( ). Good stuff. Thanks, Richard!(also, the suite is 152, not 158 as it says in the address).

I discovered cryotherapy while on Reddit when some people mentioned how teams were purchasing cryosauna’s instead of using ice baths. These are far more beneficial than an ice bath. The gentleman who runs the place is very friendly and informative. He was willing to keep the clinic open late since I got off work a later than usual. My fiancée and I were walked through the process and the technology behind it. We filled out the paper work and he talked to us about what benefits we might see from it. I suffer from chronic knee pain, horrific sleeping patterns, a slow metabolism, and muscle spasms so it will take a few sessions. It’s been a week now and I feel just as good as I did when I left the chamber. If you are considering the use of cryotherapy, be it athletic recovery, rehab, beauty(cellulite reduction or minor weight loss from an improved metabolism) then don’t hesitate to give them a call. Looking forward to getting cold again.
