I found this body shop via Unilocal and decided to give it a try given all the great reviews. I have to echo all of the other strong service and workman ship reviews. Tin did a great job on all fronts and did some nice repair work on my 07 Jeep to make it look like new. I highly recommend this business!

I am super duper picky about my cars. Especially my NSX, this is my baby and I don’t trust just anyone to work on it. I did so mu ch research, I stopped at socal collision 3 times to ask questions and feel the shop out before I let them do the work on my car. Tin is super cool, really chill, straight up and easy to deal with. I had them paint the front end of my car. It had a bunch of chips and I wanted to clean it up before I put on a clear bra. He updated me throughout the process with pictures and when it was done it look just like factory. I have been to other shops that claim they remove the parts before paint and notice after that they dont. Everytime I called and bugged him, he always was patient and answered my questions. I appreciate these guys, the quality of their work and the straight forwardness and no bs attitude. Highly recommended. If you are looking for cheap, this is not the place, if your looking for quality, come here for sure. They do what they say they’re going to do.

Wonder how an auto body shop could have 66 ‘5 Star’ reviews (now 67)? The owner Tin is the reason. He is straightforward, honest and remarkably helpful.
After speaking with him briefly by phone, I drove over to have him check out our car. I was there less than 10 minutes– Tim met me at the car, checked it out and made a quick, helpful adjustment. Awesome.

My 2008 Chevy Silverado was involved in a hit & run, and of all places, in the parking lot of my work place, while I was working inside. From the damage, it was most likely hit by a much larger truck, like a delivery truck, because it hit my truck with so much force that my truck was pushed up against the curb and halfway into an empty stall. The whole rear driver’s side of the bed, along with the rear lights and tailgate, was so damaged that my tailgate couldn’t open. I have always babied my truck and seeing it in that condition was devastating!
I haven’t been involved in an accident for a very long time, so I didn’t have any body shop referrals to go off of. So I figure I would start my search on Unilocal and read up on reviews of reputable businesses. One of the very first businesses that popped up and got my attention was SoCal Collision, and they have all great reviews, and all reviews are 5 star reviews, which is impressive! So I decided to go visit them one morning and see what they could do to help me. When I got there, the owner named Tin, happened to be in front opening the gate and he greeted me. Right off the bat, I felt an instant connection with him. He knew exactly what I was going through and totally walked me through what I would need to do to start the process, including on how to begin my insurance claim. Again, I haven’t been in this situation in a long time, so everything was new to me again and I was lost. But he guided me through the whole process which was a big factor in my decision to go with him and not shop around. He was very welcoming and very friendly from the start, and totally made me feel comfortable. He’s very humble, yet very knowledgeable! And he surrounds himself with a great staff! Great people all around and I can’t say enough about them and the great experience I had with them.
As for the repair on my truck, I honestly couldn’t be any happier!!! It came out looking SHARP and brand new again! (I enclosed before/​after pictures). The bed and rear bumper came out perfectly aligned, and actually, the tailgate opens & closes a lot smoother than it did originally! This is in part that Tin believes in replacing parts with brand new parts instead of hours of bondo work, which actually is worst because it decreases the integrity and strength of a body panel. His paint is guaranteed for life, and the paint matched perfectly! The texture of the paint also matched the OEM texture perfectly! I’m a car guy so I know a good deal about body & paint, but «texture matching» was actually something new to me, and Tin took the time to explain what that is. Another great thing is, throughout the process, Tin would send pictures of the progress he was making on my truck thru text messaging. He does this for all his customers and I think that is such a great service he provides! It’s unheard of!
My truck was finished in a week as promised and the results are way more than I expected. He will even work on weekends to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. He definitely makes you his priority! In addition to all this, I had mentioned to him that I would love to have my chrome accents blacked out one day, and when I got my truck back, he had this done for me, without any extra charges! He just used the same paint he used for the repair! So I left MORE THAN SATISFIED because I made out with extras, which totally made up for the agony I was going thru with this whole ordeal! By the way, he also covered my $ 500 deductible as well! And you can’t get much better than that!!!
SoCal Collision is the epitome of a great professional business that takes extra care of their customers! Tin will definitely go the extra mile to make you happy!

I’m overdue on my review but long story short, I got into an accident and I was shopping around for a reputable body shop and saw their reviews on Unilocal.It was the best I’ve seen around my area. So I figured why not give them a shot. Clearly, their work reflects on the customer’s satisfaction. Tin and his crew did an awesome restoring my car back to its original condition. I was really pleased with the results. As a bonus, Tin hooked me up by restoring my headlights from oxidation and did a thorough inspection of my car to see if I had any other issues before releasing my vehicle. He was great with his follow-​ups and kept me posted with the progress of my car. He took care of all the insurance mumbo-​jumbo and gave me a peace of mind. He made me feel like a friend oppose to a customer. You don’t find too many businesses with that kind of customer service. He is the epitome of that. This place keeps it 100 with you. I’m always weary about getting my car fixed at places other than the dealership but the dealerships always cost an arm and a leg and I just couldn’t afford that. Looking through Unilocal reviews I stumbled upon this place and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I called and spoke with Tin and he told me to send him pictures of the damage my car had and he would give me an estimate and told me to come by so he can take a look at the car, he ordered the part while I was there and I came in the next morning and he had it switched out, washed and vacuumed in 45 minutes! Thanks for the great experience!

Update: just checked my paperwork, it’s only been 5 months! I have a 2014 Genesis and I cannot believe my paint is chipping after 5 months! They must have used the cheapest paint ever.

Can’t ask for any more in a body shop SoCal collision under ownership of Tin is the best hands down. Not only did he make the whole process as easy and as stressful as possible he went out of his way to do everything in his power to help my accident as less as an inconvenience as possible. The guys here are great. My car got hit while parked on the street and the a$$hole didn’t leave a note or anything and the paint on my bumper was peeling off as a result. I went to a few other paint and body shops and got quotes and many of them were high or didn’t seem like they cared.
Tin is great, he really gets personable and gives you the truth and is very fair in pricing. Originally my car wasn’t going to be finished until next week due to the long weekend holiday, but the guys here went above and beyond and finished in a SINGLE DAY and also washed and detailed my car and restored my headlights as well!

I would recommend anyone to have these guys work on their vehicles. Tin is the owner, and he is as real as they come. The first time I came here, I didn’t write a review but this was my experience.
1^st time: A co worker scratch up the bottom of our bosses Jaguar XJ. Tin was honest with me and told me their was a QuickFix way that would get by and would be cheaper, or the pricier option which would be a better color match and overall job. Since the damage was on the bottom of the bumper, I didn’t mind the cheaper option since it wasn’t noticeable. The turnaround was quick and the price was great! I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off at all. When I got the car back, I couldn’t tell it was scratched at all. I could tell that it was painted but only if I got very close and was looking for it. Other than that, all was good to go. First experience was good.
2^nd time: This time the same co worker (he’s not working for us anymore btw) scratched up the side of the front bumper next to the driver side wheel well. I instantly went back to Tin and his team for help. Keep in mind I only had a 4 day turn around. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and Tin had it ready and CLEANED for me by the end of the day on Thursday. This time, there was no compromising so I went with the more expensive option as we had to turn in the vehicle for the end of its lease inspection in a few weeks. They did a perfect color match on the charcoal jaguar paint. You would have no clue it was ever in an accident.
I am an extremely meticulous person. Especially when it come to my bosses property. Again, these guys are profession, quick and extremely reliable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING AROUND AND JUST COME TO THIS SHOP. You will not be disappointed with their craftsmanship or their prices.

Pomona has many auto repair places but if you look for quality and a excellent service, this is where you want to go. You will know the service is different right away once you speak to Tien Ha, the owner. It is your car, don’t go to anywhere «cheap» to get it fix, go here and get the job completed right.
My mom got in an accident so I took the car here for repair. When she picked it up, she was like WOW and happy. She is Asia so «scratching» the car is normal but it is not normal when she is happy with the work and service. Overall, I will go back here in the future and recommend my friends and family.

Tin and his team are the best! A week after getting my car back from Tin, someone scuffed my bumper, Tin and his team being as amazing as they are, buffed it out for me! I seriously love this place! These guys are absolutely amazing! Highly recommend them!

Tin is awesome. He will answer all questions you have and he knows everything. He is very patient and courteous of letting you know the process of the repair. He will update you by sending pictures. I recommend him to everyone.
Update: Today got insurance estimate…

Came in to get a broken tail light replaced on my 08 Honda Civic and Tin the owner talked me through it. He is a very friendly and down to earth guy that cares for his customer needs. He took his time out of his lunch so someone would be there to work on my car when all his workers were on their lunch break. He gave me a great price compared to all the other local body shop I called and also gave me some tips I could do to help improve my car. He did a great job on replacing my tail light and in a timely manner so I was out of there in no time.
DIRECTION IMPROVEMENT:
For some reason the Unilocal address will lead you to some lumber warehouse. If you are getting off the 71 freeway going down Mission Blvd, make a left on to Buena Ave and go all the way down till you hit the rail road track the shop will be on the right and you’ll see the body shop flags.

The service here is incredible. Tin was extremely friendly from the start, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took it upon himself to work with the adjustor to get the right amount for the repairs he needed to do. He was also quick to respond to any questions and provided updates on the repairs along the way.
The repairs Socal Collision completed were amazing. My car had been hit on the same quarter panel on two separate occasions. The damage was severe, however, you can no longer tell that any accidents had occurred. For the amount of damage, the time it took to complete repairs was quick. The panel was restored, and the paint was matched and blended with the other panels. Tin and the team at Socal Collision even cleaned and detailed the car before I came for pick up.
Overall, the experience was easy. I definitely recommend coming to Tin and Socal Collision for any collision repairs you need. He and his team will take care of you and your car.

From start to finish Tin and his shop was friendly and professional and his price was better than others.
But that’s not the main reason I am writing this review as I don’t usually write reviews but the work he did on my Chrysler was outstanding!
