Gongora’s Body & Paint

Called to see if I could come in for an estimate. Someone picked up and told me to come to the shop. Get there and no one there. Waited 5 mins, yelled hello and no one came. Seems like a cool place I guest they are doing very well in business to not assist potential customers.

I’ve gone through Gongora’s twice now, and they have it down! Once with my previous 2008 Corvette, after a semi tire took out part of my front end. They made it like new again! Then I had them do some touch up paint on my 2012 BMW 550i, and it’s like factory new! Great shop, lots of talent here!

I bought a new/​used KIA with a small dent on the trunk. i brought my car here and all I can say is wow. This family owned business really took care of my car. I felt as I lo I were family. The staff are friendly and polite. and really funny. Usually when I go anywhere for my car needs, these other places feel like they are taking advantage of me. But at Gongoras I felt that they were completely honest and reasonable priced. DEFINITELY MY GO TO SHOP!

While you may not do motor work, that was not the reason I went to the shop for. But this is my outcome. The towing guy actually recommended you guys to me, I feel so sorry to have listened.

I had a scratch on my car and wanted to get it repaired ASAP for a fair price. I called in and asked if David could give me a quote at the shop on Saturday (first star). David was really nice and told me to bring it in whenever that day. When I got to the shop, David had already left, but when I called him, he came back immediately (second star). He was extremely nice and professional and gave a fair price (third star). Told me I could leave the car right then and pick it up that Monday at 5 pm (fourth star). When I picked up my car, it was sparkly and shiny– and the inside had been completely vacuumed and cleaned (fifth and final star). I’m honestly so happy with the service and repair I got from Gongora’s!

This is an awesome shop. I have gotten my 2006 Lexus fixed here 2 times, and for both services i would give it FIVE STARS!
The 2^nd time my car got damaged, I though it was a gonner. But David and his crew fixed it and did a pretty good job. They even cleaned the car inside and out.
Customer service is excellent. They’re my go to shop now if I ever need any repairs. Thanks again David and Amanda!

I recently took my Lexus to Gongora’s for some minor repair work and I found them to be very thorough & professional. The front desk personnel were friendly & helpful. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised that not only did my car look great, but they took the time to wash & clean it, too. I understand this is a family-​owned business who’ve been around for years, I like that. I believe in supporting small businesses, they’re the backbone of our communities.

I messed up my bumper by crashing into a pole. I was going to pay out of my pocket… cash money! I went to Gongora’s because they had reasonable prices. I show up and there is no one in the lobby. I wait about 10 minutes, and then I call their office number to see if maybe that would get someone into the office. It did! I asked to get a estimate, and the guy that comes out says its going to 45.00 to JUST INSPECT IT by taking off the bumper. So its not a «free estimate» I just wish this the guy could have treated me with a little more respect. I went to Uptown Auto Craft in Upland and they were VERY professional.

I had Gongora’s prep and paint my 1931 Ford Model A fenders and aprons and although they took their time and went slightly over budget, David and his guys did excellent work. I would definitely recommend their services.

I was involved in a bad accident and there was about 4000 dollars worth of damages done to my car. I was very worried about being able to find a great body shop that would be honest and do all the repairs needed to fix my car. I must have looked at ten different shops and decided on Gongora’s because it was relatively close to my house and their website was impressive. I usually won’t go to a business if they have no reviews because I like to have peace of mind and know that where I am going, others have had positive experiences. Although they didn’t have any reviews on here I decided to check them out anyway. When I went in the owner David was very friendly and reassuring that they would be able to take care of my car. I received a call later on that day to discuss the repairs and give the go ahead for my car to be repaired. The initial date to pick up my car was pushed back twice, which was understandable to me; quality work, takes quality time. My car was ready for me to pick up about a week and a half later from the date I dropped it off. When I picked up my car everything looked pretty good. A couple of hours later though I noticed that one of my wheels hadn’t been fixed [minor scratches] and the paint on my side mirror was a bit off. I was a bit nervous about calling back to let them know what I found but to my relief David from Gongora’s was very eager and willing to fix it. So I brought my car in and they fixed it in a matter of hours. My car looked brand new look I had just driven it off the lot! Overall I would say I had a great experience, although I questioned the friendliness of the receptionist more than once, the person I dealt with, David was an honest and helpful bushiness owner and I am glad I decided to come here. Gongora’s has been in business for over 30 years, and the quality of their work definitely shows why they have been able to stand the test of time!
