I got hit by an uninsured driver only a month after buying my new car and my insurance company sent me here. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and the amazing job they did on my car! Almost the entire right side needed to be replaced but I got my car back looking brand new. Blanca and Robert very kind and always very helpful when I called. I definitely recommend this place!

This is the second time i come to Pomona Valley Collision, i was glad with the work they did on my car the first time that i decided to go back to them. At first i was so nervous about them not being able to match my car color so that it looks like it was never damaged. After i got my car i was amazed how my car looked like new again. AJ and his whole team are all nice & professional people. They all go above & beyond to make sure you get what you want. .I certainly believe that they are those kind of people who belive in making the costumer happy!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Where do I start. I got hit and my insurance sent me here to get my car fixed (unfortunately) when I took it in to get fixed it was the door that was damaged. I had asked the owner AJ for an estimate on how much it would be to fix other dings my car had and he said that he would fix it free of cost. Great right? It gets even better. When I pick up my car it looked fixed. But the paint was literally so bad that I was able to see paint texture and it felt horrible. So I took it back to get fixed. No problem. I picked up my car again and it was NOT FIXED. Roberts excuse was «that’s how we leave it so that it doesn’t scratch» wow. I told him I wanted the car fixed like when I had bought it due to that its only a 2014. The owner started throwing in my face «well I did this free of cost. No good deed goes unpunished». I said well I would’ve rather paid to get it fixed somewhere I knew would fix it correctly. I took my car back there 4 times to get fixed and every time was something different. Almost 7 months later and my car is now damaged, AJ, Robert, and Jesse were very rude. Robert denying work was done to my car that should have never been done in the first place. Jesse bad mouthing and disrespecting me. And AJ letting this work be done and now tell me I am no longer getting my car fixed. I feel very bad for Blanca who has to deal with their shadiness. Long story short, do not come here unless you want to get ripped off and a shitty job done on your car. My car is now considered as property damage by this company and my insurance is coming after them. And to top it off I also got harassed by the owner. I’m sorry but after telling me you will no longer do any work on my car I see no reason why you should be calling me at 8:30 AM and argue with me as well as continuously call me after I say that this will be done through the insurance and not by arguing over the phone. That is harassment. Oh and I WILL be getting my deductible back. This place is a waste of money and time. Save yourselves. Go to Martins Auto Body only a few blocks away and their work is actually professional and the prices are ridiculously good. Ps. Martins auto body saved my car and actually made it feel like new again. Pomona valley on the other hand caused me nothing but stress and a headache having to deal with this faulty company. I would say more but I’m trying to be nice here and not get this place shut down. Some people need their jobs. *FAULTY COMPANY* DO NOT COME HERE.

We had been rear-​ended which really destroyed the back bumper and the trunk floor. I brought in our 2008 honda civic to get an estimate, and Jesse told us that the car would be ready in 3 days. Sure enough when the time came, the car looked brand new. Jesse really took care of our car and we are very impressed at the quality of the repairs as well as their excellent customer service. Thank you very much and I highly recommend this shop!

I was recently involved in a car accident where my vehicle was parked and unattended and someone backed right into it and completely destroyed the front. I have a 2004 Toyota Corolla, this guy had a 1993 Ford F150, and you can imagine the damage. Luckily for me I was referred by his insurance to Pomona Valley Collision Center for the repairs. From the initial phone call placed by their secretary Blanca to the estimate discussion with the owner AJ I was at peace. They did a phenomenal job and I couldn’t be any happier. The paint matched perfectly and they said I had a life time guaranty on any work done by them. I highly recommend that if you are in need of any repairs you go see them and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Pomona Valley Collision Center for the awesome experience.

I was recommended to go here after my mom had some work done on her car. From the minute I got there Elsa and Aj were so helpful. They have great customer service. I felt like they really took care of me and my car. I had a quick turn around on the service of my car. I had damage on my front bumper. I dropped my car off Monday and picked it up Thursday. I am very pleased with the whole process of turning in my car, being able to use their loaner car and the quality of work done to my car. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family!
