I always come to this dry cleaners next to Raleys ever since I have moved to the city of Pleasanton. This dry cleaners is owned by this Korean couple. They are always very friendly and I trust them with my clothes. I have tried other dry cleaners that tried to be sneaky and«forget» a couple of my clothing. This place has been around for a long time and I am glad that they are very honest people. The pricing here are on the expensive end but it reflects their work. My clothes need a lot of tlc so I always dry clean them. Don’t hesitate to bring your dry clean here and try!

A couple of months ago, I dropped off a Cal King comforter to get dry cleaned. A week and a half later, I was informed that they had lost the comforter. So, you’re asking why the 5 stars? Good thing that the comforter wasn’t my favorite thing in the world. I can see how devastated/angry someone can get if let’s say they lost your $ 2,000 suit or vintage Chanel jacket. The owner said to come back and if they still do not have it that he will reimburse me for the whole set. I was surprised because this was a Cal King set. They do not come cheap. A week later, my brother came back to ask and they still couldn’t find it. He told him that I can go ahead and buy a new set. All I needed to do was bring in the receipt and he will write me a check. Even though, I did lose a new comforter, I was very satisfied with how the owner handled the situation. Thank you for being so professional!

I moved to Pleasanton in September, 2012 and found this great business soon after. They are very professional, prompt, and have no hidden fees or surprises. The clothing always comes back nicely cleaned and pressed, which should never be a surprise, right? I like the notion that the owner is there most days. Haven’t used their alteration service yet, but I will assume it is operated as well as the cleaning services.

I’ve been going to them for a few years now. Never had problems with them. They are very nice people and are always on time with my clothes. I’ve never tried there alterations but if it is as good as there cleaning, I wouldn’t be surprised. I have no reason to go anywhere else. I think you have to spend $ 20 or more if you want to use a debit card.

So dissappointed… they ruined my very expensive dress! The counter person could barely speak english(according to her)(verified by me). Doesn’t help that it’s a family business when you ask to speak with a manager who can help you and it’s her husband on the phone saying he didn’t do it, when it’s right in front of me… hmmmm!!! Wouldn’t trust any clothing items there ever again!

I tried oak hills cleaners after reading the great reviews on Unilocal. My experience has been atrocious! They lost a bunch of buttons from my shirts, found a couple of pants with small holes after cleaning that were not there before, and one day when I went to pick up my stuff they gave me back a shirt with a totally shredded sleeve. They told me it was like that when I took it in, which it was absolutely not, I’m pretty sure I would have caught that when I dropped it off or someone at work would have told me that my sleeve just exploded and I had a 5 inch hole with a bunch of hanging pieces. They also tried to charge me twice a couple of times. Thanks god I kept the receipt. Never going there again !!!

This is a family run business that does a pretty decent job cleaning and doing alterations. During the summer they put their kids to work — helping out at the register, which is kind of cute. The people there are always very friendly, and will help you carry things in and out to the car. For six bucks I revived a Prada purse that was on it’s way to the Salvation army. Hooray for that. I have had my pants hemmed here, as well as other alterations, and never any problem. A bit pricey, but always done right.
