I’ve been going here for about a year now because it’s local to where I live and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I had a tough stain that they took out flawlessly and my husbands laundry shirts always come out clean, especially his white shirts! I’ve had no complaints so far and their customer service(like the other reviews said) is great! They really want you to have a good experience and that’s what they give you.

I took advantage of their wash-and-fold service. The stuff was washed well, and was folded just fine. I have no complaints whatsoever. I will be using their services again.

Why am I reviewing a dry cleaner? Because to me customer service is the top factor in my repeat business to any establishment. I have been using them for about a year, and have experienced fantastic customer service that goes above the status quo. For example, they noticed that a button was broken on one of my nicer work shirts, and fixed it for free. Another time, they noticed my hem was coming out of my pants and called me to see if they wanted to me take care of it. They also have a knack for getting out tough stains I get on my shirts from other more typically-yelped businesses :) Good service like this goes a long way to retaining repeat customers such as myself. They did a great job cleaning my husband’s shirts. Coming from New Jersey I am not used to this service to be so expensive, but I guess it is just something I will have to get used to around here.

Sigh… another disappointment close to home. We were regulars for dry cleaning until one visit when they lost my husband’s favorite shirt. When I called the lady at the store she said it was not possible for them to lose the shirt because they count the items before handing the items over, but because we had separate visits because we dropped off a number of items and not everything was ready on the same day, we grabbed what was ready and didn’t double check the number of items we received back. We had to come back on 4 separate occasions because 1) they didn’t have our items on the day that it was promised 2) came back the next day to pick up a portion of the dry cleaned items and not all of the hemming items were ready so we had to go back on another visit 3) pick up the rest of the items, so we thought! Then my husband realized a few days later that he never received his favorite shirt back from dry cleaning which initiated my call to them to check if they had it. Then the lady was adamant she was correct and counted the items before sending us off, which I said, I don’t know what happened, but would just like for her to double check to see if they had it because mistakes do happen! There was so much hesitation to do so and the end result, they found the shirt! So visit 4) for the drop off, we pick up the«lost» shirt. I’m reluctant to give 1 star, they weren’t that horrible depending on which person you deal with. They also did a wonderful job on alterations on my jeans. They are just a bit unorganized there. I’ll keep dropping off my alterations for my jeans, but as for my husband’s shirts, I’ll have to try to find another dry cleaner in the area.

They always do a great job here and are very friendly. I like how they do alterations as well. Everything from hemming pants to taking in the waists of jackets… no job seems to be too big. Even though we live in Dublin, we drive to Pleasanton and drop our clothes off at this cleaners because we like them so much.
