Arlene Madrigal

I’m not sure how we found Arlene but I’m glad we did. She was very patient throughout the house hunting process and showed us plenty of houses. She is also very knowledgeable about the Tri Valley area and had plenty of tips throughout the process. When we eventually found the one, she worked hard from the making of the offer all through the closing process (which was quite a challenge). Arlene is very responsive and will do her best with your work. I highly recommend her.
Oh, and my 3 year old was quite taken with her :)

My wife and I are so glad that we met Arlene. We contacted Arlene three months ago and now we are the owners of a lovely house. Let me briefly tell you our story. We had lived in an apartment and when we learned that we were going to have a baby we started to think about buying a home. Our plan was to start searching and contact a buyers agent. We contacted her and she immediately responded back and arranged a meeting. You can easily see that she is so friendly and helpful when you first meet her. She was really well prepared for the first meeting and was so considerate about our expectations. She showed us a few listing houses the same day. She was trying to find out what we were really looking for. We told her that we’re not in a hurry and we’re planning to buy a home in one year. She asked us if we we’re interested to visit a few houses the same day and we said why not? We visited one house the same day. This was our first house that we visited and we said this is it. Unfortunately, the very next day was the last day to give an offer. We weren’t in a hurry so our bank pre-​approval wasn’t ready. She contacted the seller agent the same day and made it happen. It is really not enough to say how hard she worked to get this home for us.
She is willing to help about all the details in every step, which makes you feel comfortable and in good hands. You can trust her because she really knows her job. She always respond to you immediately, no matter the time or where she is. She is amazing and I definitely recommend her to anyone.
