Windhaven Park

This is my first ever apartment and I was so nervous about getting it. But Cashena Rhodes the Assistant Property Manager made me fill so comfortable. She was patient and understanding when I was sure which apartment to pick. I thank her and am moving in tomorrow.

Very nice property. In a society where custinwr service is so lacking, I really appreciate the kind and knowledgeable staff. The outside was neatly manicured.impressed. The apartments that I was shown were also very nice. While I haven’t decided on a final aparrmwnt, I can say that this place is exceptional and I woukdnt mind residing here. Kudos to the staff!

Excellent first impression. The front office staff was nice and helpful. Ms. Rhodes and Property Manager Karen are the best! Very accommodating. I can’t say enough about my experience so far. The property is well kept, inside and out. Neighbors seem pretty cool so far. I’d definitely recommend this property. Leasing prices are very good for all that’s offered. Ask for Ms. Rhodes, and tell her Mr. Davis sent you!

Please avoid! Would be a decent place but rent is going up and its not worth what you get. Management is HORRIBLE! They don’t work with you at all and just want your money. You try to work issues out and they don’t care «that’s just the way it is»

I have been at Windhaven Park more than three years. I am very pleased to be here.
If I could sign a long term least I would in a New York second.

My wife and I chose these apartments two years ago because they were pretty cheap and seemed fairly well maintained. 2 years later we’re a bit disappointed and happy to be out.
The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the events they put on and even the resident email bingo, though a little tacky, was fun. The grounds were fairly well maintained. The grounds crew and maintenance team did wonderful work and were always smiling and cordial. However, many areas could have used some updating. It just seemed like the management was pinching pennies wherever possible.
Overall, we would have left on good terms and I would have given this apartment complex 3 or 4 stars. Unfortunately, the front office really let us down during our exit. We asked them to notify us of any charges after their final walk through so we could try to correct them before leaving. They agreed.
Instead, we never got any phone call and we received a surprisingly large bill for some very minor issues.
We called them out on it to give them a chance to make this right and they basically said «tough luck.»
So be warned: The staff is great, the community is pretty awesome, but the management could learn a few things in morals and ethics.

Ok price but I would gladly pay more if I could have hot water consistently. Cold showers are getting old.
