Very good customer service. Honest and efficient. Repaired my iPhone 6 screen for a competitive price. I came back 3 months later for a glitch and he fixed it for no additional charge. I would use them again!

My galaxy 5 lcd screen broke after i dropped it during my run. Sprint store in plano of Highway 75 and plano pkway told me it was not fixable due to multiple cracks. I called another place in plano and was told $ 199 plus tax and he can have it ready hopefully by next day. By chance i saw velocity as i was driving by. I read the reviews and decided to go in. The girl who helped me was Jasmine. She was very professional and sweet and service oriented. She told they can fix it and have it ready in 2 hrs for $ 150. I went back in 2 hrs and it was ready plus jasmine had taking the time to charge it for me. As I was walking out the gentleman who i believed to be the owner/​technician ask me if the phone was fixed to my satisfaction. To me that was the icing on the cake. Great service is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this place and would go back if i had too.

Velocity was the best price for my cracked iPad screen. The service was great as i got my tablet back in less than an hour! I also purchased a Macbook Air while I was there.

I searched the internet for hours trying to find the most affordable iPhone screen repair shop in the DFW. Velocity definitely has the best prices. When I went in, The man offered to take a large chunk off the repair price in exchange for an old phone. I couldn’t find the old phone at home, but the price to repair the screen was still low. They put a new screen on my phone in less than 10 minutes. On top of everything, they hooked me up with a screen protector for free! They put that on for me as well, no charge. I will definitely be going back! They are very friendly and have great customer service!
