Well. where do i start.
First of all. DO NOT GO HERE.
i have had iPhones since iPhone 1 and so has my family. never had a glass just fall off before or after a repair. so… Stay away. they play games, do not fix gear right, tell you it will be 5 – 10 mins when it is 35+ mins. Tell you they are waiting on a part/​tech etc but do not tell you this from the get go. (if true at all) while you are waiting. They do not warranty their work, and tell you you did something wrong. perhaps dropped it after the it was repaired. which my phone was in a protective case not dropped.
On my Third visit to try to get my phone fixed. they told the customer there to wait 5 mins for the tech. and they too had to wait over 20+ mins for them. they were pissed…

I called to get my iPhone 6+ cracked screen fixed. The lcd is fine just the glass was broken.
I found this place on craigslist and wish i didn’t. I called them for a price…
I went by…, then they opened it and said i need a new LCD screen as well. and showed me stuff i was unfamiliar with and up charged me. Perhaps not even my phone parts. who knows since i did not witness them opening it. sure, not i feel this way after the scam they pulled on me. I feel they only change the glass. and perhaps even glued a new one in. and not the lcd they said it needed.
After getting it replaced the glass started to come apart from the iphone. It was less then 30 days. I did not drop the phone and it was in a case the entire time.
So i called them… told them of my issues and went in a few days later… only for a guy to take the phone. take it apart in the back and i waited and waited.. asked him how much longer and he said he was working on it… and then told him i just walk over and get a hair cut and be back for it. Came back and still not ready … tells me he is waiting on the part now. it will be 5 mins for Dee to come back with it… then 15 mins past and still nothing. I asked for my phone back, that took another 15 mins. still that person with some part never returned. Believe he was just waiting for his boss Dee to come back to handle the phone since he couldn’t figure out the fix. Well. when he gave me my phone back it was worse. the touch screen was not working. He took it back again. and then the glass was falling off more. he took it back again and then i left with it finally back to almost the way i gave it to him… reminding you it has now be 40 mins. and the part/​person he said he was waiting for did not return yet…
I left with my phone. .called Dee. said she would replace the glass for free and i should come back. Told her it would be another day.
Went by yesterday. Told me it was my fault. and i must of dropped it. no damage to any of the corners/​phone. .it was in a case. i just took my phone back.. and now i notice i have a dead pixel. UGH UGH.
going to protest the charge and go elsewhere. you should do the same.

Where do I even begin with ‘absolute worthless’.
I take my iPad into this place because the guy said he would match another shops’ quote for $ 60 dollars to repair the screen. I drive up there over the weekend and no one is at the shop even though I was told to drive there. There are a couple numbers on the door but neither is picked up. The guy finally drives up and tells me it would be ready by Monday. Call the guy on Monday and says it will be ready later that day and that he would call when it was ready
Didn’t get a call so after calling again later in the day I was told it is finally ready. I paid the guy, asked a few questions and left pretty happy about everything only to get home and notice the wifi on my iPad isn’t broadcasting any Network names even though my laptop and smartphones connect just fine. I did some research online and asked a few friends who know about apple repairs and was told it is quite common for wifi to become disabled or extremely week signal. I call the guy back and inform him of the issue. He gives me some troubleshooting advice that does not work so I call back again and tells me I can bring it back up to the shop that day and he would call me when he returns.
No call. I call back and am told the shop is closed at 6 and would have to bring it in the following day. I originally called in about the wifi issue at around 4:40. Why would you say to bring it in earlier if I can’t later?
The next day (today) I call the shop and a lady answers and after I explain the situation to her she says to bring it back up to the shop and when the guy is back he will look at it. I drive up to the shop and notice that the wifi is now working. I connect to their network and to my surprise can browse. I thought everything was okay until I got back home only to discover that my iPad isn’t picking up network names again. I go into the room where my modem is located and receive a signal where are before I took it in I could get a signal in any room of the house. I tried calling the shop, the guy’s cell from my phone and received no answer. I called the same number on my girlfriends phone right after and he picked up. I explain to him my findings and am told I can bring the device back up to the shop again tomorrow to inspect the device once more. I asked about a refund and was told that in order to get my money back they would take the replaced screen back leaving and put the broken one back on leaving me in an even worse situation than prior to taking it in. I agree to bring it back up to the shop tomorrow.
The next day I take it back up there and the guy just proceeds to give excuses for other factors potentially causing the poor connection. He claims nothing is wrong with the wifi. I explain it’s working because the modem is about 3 feet away from us. He takes the ipad and walks down the back hall of the store and comes back with a complete different attitude and starts to show a bit more accountability due to seeing the decrease in connection. I was asked if I wanted a refund or to keep the ipad there for another 2 – 3 days for his tech to look at it. The most I could get out of him was 20 bucks out of the 60 I originally paid.
I found another repair service who CAME TO MY HOUSE, opened the ipad, showed me all the mistakes this ‘business’ made including the damaged antennae, hooked me up with an ipad 4 wifi antennae and a white faceplate and explained the entire process while I watched him repair it and in 30 minutes my ipad was 100% fully functional again with a signal stronger than before and only costing me 20 bucks extra than what I originally paid to get just the screen fixed from ‘absolute worthless’.
I simply cannot wrap my head around the piss poor service this ‘business’ provides.
To put it simply, do NOT take your device here unless you like living a nightmare.

I went in today to get my phone fixed and it was done pretty quickly. I got the phone back and within five minutes the screen was discolored. I went back in and they gladly changed it again. However, less than three hours later I discovered more discoloration and my speaker does not work and my brightness doesn’t adjust leaving me screen so bright it hurts my eyes. I’m hoping to go back in on Monday and get a full refund because I am not interested in their service any longer.

Stayed open late to fix my iphone’s screen when traffic delayed my arrival. Fast service at the best price I could find. Phone is good as new now. Very nice people as well! I highly recommend!

I had my iPhone 5c screen replaced and they did a fantastic job! Only took 15 minutes and they were very very nice people! The price was below average– I’d return for sure and recommend them to others.

I FEEL LIKE I JUST GOT ROBBED… My Samsung GS3 would not charge at all… so I took it in for a diagnosis and the young man gave me a diagnosis in less than 20mins. He said I had a bad battery port but the battery was good so it would only be $ 49.99. Awesome right? Not so fast… I dropped it off on a Saturday morning and he told me it will be ready by Monday. Long story short… it wasn’t ready till Tuesday evening and when I went to pick it up there was an older gentleman that said he had to replace the battery as well. Another $ 39.99… I ended up paying $ 96.00 dollars total, so double the amount I was originally quoted… but the thing that gets to me is that I never once got a courtesy call to inform me that they found something else wrong with the phone OR that the phone was ready for pickup. The whole experience seemed a bit fishy and untrustworthy in my book. I will NOT be going back to this place of business.
