We provide in-​office, on-​site and remote computer support for residential and small business computer owners. We also build custom desktop computers to meet the needs of our clients.

We are a family owned and operated business, and have been serving the Plano and surrounding areas since 2003.

History

Established in 2003.

Scurlock Systems was started by Daniel Scurlock in October of 2003 when he left the corporate IT world after 17 years in the computer and IT industry.

Originally based from Daniel’s home, the business soon outgrew the the living room. This encouraged him to open a new office and bring in another technician, Jimmy. A year later, Daniel’s wife Sherry joined the team to keep the business organized and running efficiently.

In 2010 Scurlock Systems began building custom desktop computers in addition to offering computer repair services. After more than 10 years in the business, we are still excited to help and grateful to all of our amazing clients!

Business Owner

I started Scurlock Systems in 2003 after 17 years in the IT industry, and have been having a blast ever since.

I grew up on a farm outside of Georgetown, Texas, went to grade school in Hutto (points if you have heard of the Hutto Hippos!) and moved to Dallas shortly out of high-​school, with the goal of working with computers.

After spending 17 years in the corporate IT world I decided to take the plunge and open up my own business, and Scurlock Systems was formed. It is an absolute joy to be able to work with my wife, have such a fantastic and capable technician, and such a loyal and diverse client base.
