I’ve been here a few times and all the staff have been great — really friendly, knowledgeable, yet not pushy. There are always several guys working, unlike other stores (Cabelas, Bullet Trap) where there’s an obvious shortage of salesguys. A few of them came from Bullet Trap when GGTG first opened, so I would think they know what they’re doing. The facility itself is always clean, bright, and tidy. Between my fiancé and I, we’ve purchased a few pistols from them and have had no complaints. Checkout for a firearm was via tablet, which was cool. Getting into and out of the parking lot is tricky, so be careful coming off the service road! You’ll need to drive through the Target lot to get back on Parker.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. The place is welcoming and clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Their pricing is competitive (if you discount the price gouging back during the great panic of 2012 when they were selling AR magazines for $ 50 a pop and 50% mark ups on ARs).

I’ve been here a couple of times and each time, the staff has been very helpful and friendly. I like how they don’t push to sell and are all knowledgeable. I was searching to buy a second hand gun and their price was the lowest in the area. Would definitely come back and recommend others here.

Great place. Extremely friendly and patient staff. Had some bank issues when paying and they were more than willing to wait and let me get it figured out. They are extremely knowledgable and will point you in the right direction of which gun you’re looking for. Will definitely go back.

These guys are very knowledgable and always willing to educate me on new guns and what I should buy. I’ve bought some holsters from them and hope to buy another pistol soon.
A lot of gun & ammo places have unfriendly employees who don’t want to talk to folks who aren’t as knowledgable as them. Not these guys, they’re ALWAYS helpful and they know their guns very well — and they don’t mind sharing their knowledge and opinions.

I bought a gun here. They said it was used and came with no case etc.
As I left the store, I saw a stand with factory cases for sale at $ 10 each. There was the case with my gun and serial number.
So these guys separated a gun from a plastic box and presented it as unavailable when in reality they were scheming over a a silly $ 10.
Doesn’t seem like the honest kind of place they claim. Never buy here
**UPDATE** to be fair, a manage did contact me to address my concerns based on this review. I’ll add 1 star but the initial review still stands and my concerns in my opinion still show a valid concern

I was beyond impressed with the knowledge and personal time as well as attention I received as a customer. I walked in at 7 pm (they closed at yep though it said online they closed at 7) they did not rush me and talked to me about other options than a gun. They directed me to the gun range and even set my laser for me. They were very pleasant And polite. They can order whatever gun you want so I will be purchasing from them even if they don’t have it. Justin was extremely helpful ask for him.

People are helpful, not as a big gun selection I would’ve expected or liked to see, however, I say overall was a genuine and pleasant experience. Most gun stores I’ve noticed was how quick the sales rep was to disband or to just ignore clients because of the severity of nature of these products. I get it its not your average day some Asian guy walks in wanting to purchase a gun unlike your daily guns trades smith duck dynasty type of dude trucking in?! Any how’s, nice trip but I shall be most likely purchasing my firearm from somewhere else with a wider selection.

I have been disappointed. They are getting that know it all attitude to replace good customer service. A little knowledge is dangerous when it’s in the wrong hands. Called to find out if they carried an item and was told yes. Drove all the way across town to find out the person who said yes was not paying attention to what I had asked and further more was clueless on the product. This might be an isolated instance, so I will still go here for my needs and update my review to reflect what’s happens going forward.

After going to Bullet Trap to buy a gun and being completely ignored, I drove down to this store and purchased a new handgun.
Justin was so helpful. Showed me different options and helped me pick the perfect one. The service was fantastic.
This is my new spot! It’s the complete opposite of Bullet Trap as far as customer service and wanting to help you. I won’t go anywhere else for ammo/​guns, etc.

My favorite new gun store! Clean, bright, friendly helpful gun nuts behind the counter. Good selection of hand guns, not so much on rifles, and some nice used guns if you’re there at the right time.
I bought my last pistol there and I feel I got a hell of a deal. Check the place out, you’ll like it. Not sure about the membership thing, seems silly to me, but I guess it works for some people. You don’t need the membership to shop there or to get a good deal.
It’s also a great place for people new to firearms to shop. Very non-​threatening. They’re very helpful and seem more than willing to answer any questions you have. Even dumb ones, Lol!

Store has an impressive selection for its size. The prices on arms and accessories are reasonable. Some of the CAA stuff they have is cheaper than most online sites so that’s definitely something worth noting. They also have a decent amount of ammo for different calibers, but it’s somewhat pricey when compared to the big box stores (which is expected).
They also do consignments which lets you see something different each visit.

I was very impressed with the new store. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly face. Every associate in the store was in a great mood and anxious to help. I saw an incredible stock of competitively priced (read not big box pricing) firearms and accessories. This store, though brand new, is a beautiful retail space. Most impressive was the presence of some very hard to find items such as a Kel-​Tec KSG. Do yourself a favor and visit this establishment, you will be happy you did.
