Always the best place to get new tires for the best price. For as long as I know, my friends whether mechanics, desk workers, or jocks, all go to discount tires.
This location is very efficient and gets the job done well. Got my free tire rotation done recently with ease.

Always great service, Michael Albiso has sold me three sets at the best prices anywhere. The after care maintenance is top notch too.

I came here a while ago, and was charged extra on something they didn’t think I caught. When I pointed it out to them, they gave me no explanation but instead tried to talk circles around it. Well it was my company car so I decided not to keep fighting it, but after that, I lost their respect. Never coming here again and never recommending it to anyone

What a great location! I’ve been here twice in one week and the customer service has been outstanding! I must say I came in the first time and wait was super long. But the service was amazing. The guys at the front desk still greeted me with a smile and took the time to check my tire! When they found out it was a nail, due to the wait time they aired me up and I came back in today for the patch!!! The guys Chris, Michael & the young guy that go to highschool took great care of my car!!! As you know at most places like this, there’s going to be a wait! So the lobby is fresh and clean. There’s plenty of outlets. So bring all your devices if u got some stuff todo. Or just arrange for a ride to pick you up so you don’t get frustrated. There’s also a Mc Donald’s across the street you can hang at if you get hungry!!!

Most of the employees are nice, but some do not have good customer service. After I told one employee my issue he asks if I had my keys then he just walked off. After he came back I followed him and had to ask what he was doing, are you going to go look at my car now? He answers yea and walks off again. Man, that pissed me off.
I also got one of my sensors repaired here, but the tire pressure light on my dashboard did not disappear. My tire air caps were missing too.
I came back and whoever was installing my sensor did not even look at my psi because apparently it was set TOO LOW. The guy reset everything and said it should be working.
Two days later and the tire warning light never went off. I came back AGAIN, and then they switched tire sensors. My tire warning lights STILL on. I’ll be taking my car elsewhere.
I always call and make an appointment. The service is very fast and they seem efficient. The good employees are thorough and explains what they will do. So I think it’s a hit or miss here. Just inspect your car before leaving in case they forget something.

After suspecting a slow leak on one of my tires, I called to make an appointment at Discount Tire. They got me in same day, and within an hour (although it seemed pretty crowded) I learned there was slow leak. They said I was ready to go and they fixed the tire for FREE!!! I was unaware of their policy and was very confused for a moment about not even having to pay for the fix. I never visited them before, and was driving on the car’s original tires.
I selected Discount Tire because of their Unilocal reviews and I’m glad I did! I always wonder whether my experience will be different. I was still apprehensive and perhaps a little resigned that I’d have to buy another tire. I’ll definitely return, because when the time comes that the flat can’t be fixed, I want them to get my money. They deserve it!

I didn’t think customer service like this existed anymore. Everyone at Discount tire is so nice, polite, and helpful. Michael always goes above and beyond to make sure I know what they are doing to my tires. I appreciate his patience, since I am pretty much clueless most of the time. This is definitely the only place I will go for any tire purchases or fixes.

They really do deliver. A screw was stuck in the tire, so I brought it here.
A guy greets me when I’m inside and tells me that he’ll be right with me. He comes back and asks for some information. We go outside to check out the tire then come in. He explains professionally what they will do– patch it up. He says that it might take 45 min…20 min later, they pull up my car in the front and return everything (key + wheel lock). The wheel looks good and the state of the ride is strong.
In summary: if you service here, then you won’t have any trust issues. This shop is efficient and professional.

I am a long time Discount Tire customer from Austin and bedded new tires for my daughters car. The service in Austin has always been outstanding, but this store really knows how to get it done! Excellent service, in and out with 4 tires in less than an hour. Manager was hands on and really was great keeping his staff motivated. Would highly recommend this location for anyone in the metroplex.

Fantastic service! They have great and well experienced guys who don’t push you to buy the most expensive tires out there or be a douchebag if you are looking for cheaper ones. They give you a lot of options to choose from.
The one thing I was unhappy about was the time taken to get me out of there. But, I must blame myself for not having an appointment beforehand.
All in all, good place to get new grip for your ride.

I usually post food reviews, but I had to thank employees at this location of Discount Tire for being so sweet and friendly. I have been there three times, talked to different employees, and they all made me feel like I went to the right place. I know nothing about cars and it is so hard to find a place that will be understanding, fair, and honest with you.

Nothing but positive things to say about this location. I had a screw in my tire which caused it to run flat and brought my car in for service. I bought my tires at a California location and didn’t know where my warranty information was, but the gentleman at the front looked it up for me and without hesitation told me they would take care of it for me. They also treated my car with a ton of respect. I drive a highly modified, lowered, Corvette and they treated it with care. While waiting for my service I also witnessed the workers take care of a few elderly clients and they went out of their way to make sure that those clients were treated well and got prompt service.

FREE air check! They found a nail in my tire. They patched it from the inside and plugged it from the outside… FOR FREE! You can’t get any better than that! I always take my car to Discount Tire!

From my experience, this is the best Discount tires store in the DFW metroplex. The people who work here, from the manager Keith Neal, the advisers like Andrew to the technicians are very knowledgeable and focus on customer satisfaction.
It’s not perfect and they do make mistakes. But they sure will try to go out of their way to fix them.
Recently got 4 new wheels and tires installed.

It’s alright. Never bought tires from this place, but I’ve been here enough to warrant out a few problems. Now for the most part, they’ll do a good job on most of the services, and will refer you to a nice shop if something ever happens, like stripping studs.
There’s just tiny nitpicks I’d like to address that the other Discount Tire location I frequent doesn’t do. I requested to get my TPMS sensors reprogrammed, and repeated that several times to the tech there. Told me he did, and when I got in the car, it was obvious he didn’t. Meh, whatever, I’ll just come by later.
Other times, the techs don’t remove their gloves when operating the vehicle, leaving the steering wheel and shift knob dirty with the gross crap that’s often found on automobile parts and wheels. It could just be the newer folks working, but it is something worth noting.
Other than that, all good in terms of service.

They are AWESOME! I don’t know why anyone would go to a dealership to get their tires.. .or anywhere else for that matter. Discount Tire has plenty of brands and if they don’t have it in stock, they will find them at another store and ship em in. They offer great deals and the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Installation is fast and they even bring your car around to you. Service is super super exceptional!

So if you have been to one you know they offer great service. I showed up to this place thinking that I needed to purchase a set of tires which would run me at least 700 for a pair but it turns out that the issue was that the original tires had some bar code sticker on the side that was causing the air to slowly seep out. So after taking that tire off, taking that sticker off, putting it back on the rim and balancing the tire and putting it back on… not to mention they rechecked and air the other three tires… the total cost was ZIP!
Yeah I’m down with this place.

They greeted me immediately, and were very efficient in providing me with a resolution to my tire blowing out. The warranty was honored without discussion, and a $ 133 tire was $ 19. They cleaned the tire, got the new one on and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes.
Also important is the standard they keep their facilities. They were clean well maintained, and customer friendly.
They even went around to check all the other tires, and ensured they were properly inflated.
