Worst set of nails I’ve ever received. She didn’t even listen to me on how I liked to file them. They were sloppy next gen nails and I had to come home and re-do them with solar powder. I was completely disappointed. Worst money I’ve ever spent.

I returned to this location last week, and it was a disappointment. I wanted a Nexgen manicure. I selected my color, and sat down. Keep in mind there was not a wait. I sat down for what was nearly an hour and a half. My cuticles were sawed off with the sanding tool, and then she applied the dipping powder. To top it off, the other lady working came and sat down to watch as they chatted the whole time in Vietnamese. This is a pet peeve. I don’t feel like listening to people talk while I am trying to relax. Not even a week later, my nails look awful! They are starting to lift at the base. I have never had this happen with Nexgen. Also, my nail look like they have intentions as it it was applied unevenly. My last Nexgen set from another salon lasted nearly a month. This one may make it another week. So annoying. Also, on my first visit, I was told that there was a reward point system, and I did not get them. I don’t think I will be back. The whole point of Nexgen is to not have to get your nails done all of the time. This was a complete waste of my time and money.

Got a solar fill based solely on Unilocal reviews. They are crooked and I have cuts. Looks like reviews for pedis are great. You best go for those. I’d pass on nails at this location.

I have been here several times and they are consistently great at what they do. Very clean, professional, and skilled in understanding what it is that I want. The staff are all sweet and I dont see any reason to go somewhere else. This is now my «nail place.» Very lucky to have them close by!

Totally exceeded my expectations. The young lady at the front greeted us and made us comfortable. Then the nail experts began work, the whole time making sure we were pleased with the service. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the products they used smelled wonderful. The total experience was one of the best I have ever had. I have found my new salon!

I really like Day Spa 15. It’s close to work and they have a great happy hour — perfect for stopping in after a long day. Even better, I can meet my husband there(pedi for him, mani for me) or he can wait on me nearby at Fillmore to enjoy a pint while I enjoy some relaxing. The staff are super professional — family owned, primarily family employees. The furniture is more furniture than traditional salon, so you have a real luxe feeling while you’re in there. As well, everything is super clean. The pedicure station bowls have removable plastic bag liners so you know you’re not sticking your feet into a petri dish. Gel classic manicure was the bomb and my other classic(standard) manicures have been great as well. You can sign up for text or email coupons, plus they have a point system that rewards you with additional discounts after you’ve spent a certain amount.

Paid $ 35 for their signature pedi. I didn’t feel like anything was different other than paraffin. Environment is cute and chic. They are very clean. I just wish that my $ 35 got me a little bit more. Otherwise great

Yes! I looked this place up on my favorite handy app( Unilocal!) and from the minute me and my friend walked in we had a great experience Service:5/5– Cleanliness: 5⁄5 Décor:5/5 They were pretty busy! Of course it’s Saturday and it was gorgeous outside! But as soon as we walked in the door we was greeted! We took our time picking a color and my friend was immediately taken to get seated and started on her acrylic nails! She absolutely loved it! The sweet nail tech took her time, offered us wine, water, talked to us and kept us laughing! The décor was absolutely beautiful! It’s definitely a girly atmosphere with beautiful chandeliers, music and open windows! I will definitely be back!

I have started coming here as a result of one person — Richard. My legs and feet both look better and feel better. He is never in a rush, is conversational when I feel chatty and quiet when I’m doing things on my phone. I get the Island deluxe each time and look forward to my next massage and«show them off» nail designs. I recommend this establishment wholeheartedly.

Great service once again. My family had mani and pedi’s. They give so much attention to detail. And the best massages.

I went here on the day after it opened. I was in the area and badly needed my nexgen done. I was initially told that there would be a wait and I was fine with that. I barely sat down and a gentleman ended up coming to get me to remove my nexgen. Now here is where the 3 stars begin: As he completed one hand wrapping it in foil… He said another person would take care of me. So about 5 minutes later a lady came up and looked at my hand and left to go back to the client she was servicing. 35 – 45 minutes later the hostess came and began wrapping my other hand. Needless to say I was beyond frustrated and immediately regretted coming here. I even said I’ll probably just get this removed and come back but, she said the tech would be with me. Boy, did she disappoint! I didn’t get a manicure at all she simply put the nexgen on very sloppy and hastily and even cut me twice with her beveler. It was atrocious. She was also making it so thick that it looked ridiculous and I asked her if this was how it was going to look like when done and she said no, this was to protect the nail. She also stated that she wasn’t typically the one who did Nexgen since that person was gone. The overall experience was not great. I do my best to support local business especially in downtown. I understand that this was the first day after their opening so I’m going with the benefit of the doubt thing. I am sure that the service will improve as time goes on, but I’m doubtful on me returning again. I decided not to complain while there because I didn’t want to spend another two hours there getting a service that generally takes less than 45 minutes. The look and area is really great and it’s unforturnate that this was my first impression on the place. Despite the service, I left the tech 20% even though I’m sure she knows she did not do a great job.

They were great! My mom and I got the Deluxe pedicure and it was pure pampering. It felt so nice! The staff there was really nice and knowledgeable of their services. The staff also was very conversational, something that I’m not used to at the nail places around here. They had a good color selection and the ambiance of the place was nice. Urban chic! They also have a rewards program where you earn $ 10 for ever $ 100 you spend, which is cool. I’ll definitely be going back!
