The worst and unorganized place I have ever been. do yourself a favor and don’t buy her Groupon. this lady is very unprofessional I was on the schedule on Saturday, I showed up right on time she had another client and she told me that I have an appointment at 11. For 30 minutes she was arguing about color, after I told her I am on the schedule and I have other things to do she told me she doesn’t care and the color is not coming out the way I want it.

I have had my lashes done 5 times or more, and have never experienced this short lived of a set. I take pristine care of them, while washing my face and sleeping at night. The very next day after my appointment, I had more than 5 lashes fall off. By the end of the first week, I had barely 5 lashes on each eye. I’m not sure if it was her materials or her lack of attention to detail, but the service and product was my worst experience yet. When I called to request an early refill, at a discounted rate, because of how little time had passed AND how quickly they began falling off (24hrs), I was told I would need to pay for a full refill. Needless to say, for a full refill expense, I will take my business elsewhere. The conversation was extremely unprofessional– I think the girl is just young and has yet to learn the proper way to treat clients in order to grow her business. I won’t be spending my money with her again; which is unfortunate, because I wanted to help her and her sister reach their goals in life (I got to know them both at the appointment).

The owner was super friendly and did a great job. I often get irritated skin from face waxing but this was very gentle. Instead of double waxing like some places will try she cleaned up my eyebrows with threading. They did a great job at a very reasonable price.
