I was mad at the Mermaid up the street and tried Bigby coffee. Although it’s a few blocks from my hotel, it was a pretty easy access run down 4 Mile, and then easy access back onto 131 and I96. The drive through was quick and easy. The smallest drink was a 16 oz, but that’s okay. There’s nothing wrong here, but nothing outstanding. 3STARS

Very slow service, especially as there were no outstanding orders ahead of my family. Preference was given to the drive through customers. Smallest latte size was 16oz. Said latte was weak and quite acidic. The higher than average price did not reflect the quality. 1 star is awarded because the coffee was ever so slightly better than the coffee the hotel was serving at breakfast and the 2nd star is because the coffee didn’t leave an unpleasant aftertaste.

Yes, I am a fan. But I hesitate to go here because they only take printed coupons which annoys me. Come on now, who doesn’t take a coupon on your phone these days? Be green Bigby and make it easier for us to use your coupons. Sheesh. Love the pomegranate oolong tea latte here. Their sweet coffee drinks are a bit too sweet for me so I usually get less syrup which is perfect for me. The one time I bought a tea latte, got to work and it wasn’t so good they replaced! I brought it in after work and they made me a new one & even upsized it for my inconvenience which I thought was really cool of them!
