Love the coconut milk option!
While I love the coconut milk chai latte, I dont understanding the 60 cents extra charge for using coconut milk instead of cow or soy milk. The costs for the milks are very similar so why the extra fee?

I live between several Starbucks locations and always come to this one because of the great customer service! Even when I’m headed in the opposite direction! They are always friendly and pleasant and their drinks are better than most. Love this location!

This location is a little hit and miss. I have experienced terrible customer service (rarely do I encounter flat out rude people working service jobs in this city) and poorly made drinks, I have been charged incorrectly and too much more than once. I have also been helped by fantastically kind baristas and had solid drinks as well. For a Starbucks, it’s not bad, and it’s nice to have one in the area. That being said, there are many other coffee places in this city that are way more worth your time and money. For convenience, hit up Starbucks. For quality, consistency, and authenticity, drive a few miles out and try one of the great local spots Grand Rapids has to offer. Your call.

Rockford, MI
This Starbucks is the closest to where I live in Rockford. I enjoy their Pike Place brewed coffee. I like to go and work at different coffee houses in the area on my computer. This location doesn’t have the best seating, but there are a couple tables along side the restrooms that are more private and conducive to getting some work done while enjoying your «cup of joe».
