I remember loving Tim Hortons years ago before the company was bought out, but this place is no bueno. Their coffee is wretched, their breakfast sandwiches taste like garbage, and their donuts are stale during normal business hours. How is that even a thing? I try not to be too picky but come on. They don’t even have a coffee condiment bar — how am I supposed to give myself cancer with my 12 packet splenda habit when you don’t even let me access it?! Go down the street to Dunkin, Biggby, Starbucks, or head downtown a bit for way better coffee houses, donut shops, and light food options. This place is totally not worth your money or your time.

Employee’s that waited on me are very rude and when I asked a 2nd time for cream she got down right mean. And after that my kettel chips order has 3 chips in the bag. It’s hard for me to write this on the employee’s I used to go there everyday and the service was never really good but not this bad. I’ll go a different way from now on and use the Beltline store.

Love the food at Tim Hortons but the service at this location is extremely poor. There were at least 4 works enjoying talking to each other on their earpiece gizmos but not a lot of customer service. When we arrived we were the only customers and it took forever to get our order. Finally another customer told us our order was up at the counter. The place is pretty small and the workers could see us waiting. Why didn’t they tell us to get our order? Management please take note. We were there Sun Oct 12 about 12:45.

We used to love this Tim Hortons. Good service, reliable food(nothing spectacular, but not bad), friendly people. Something has changed. There used to be a manager there every morning that kept the employees on task. I haven’t seen her for a month or two, and now the entire store seems staffed by trainees. Today we: 1. Waited 10 minutes to be helped. There was only one other person in line. The cashier was leisurely rinsing out coffee machine parts. 2. Once finally served, I had to yell for the cashier to hear me. It wasn’t that loud at the counter, but she kept saying she couldn’t hear me. 3. All we got was donuts and drinks. It took another 5 minutes for those minor things to be gathered. The donut holes were picked up one at a time with a pace that would make a snail look speedy. 4. Once we finally got everything, my drink(Mountain Dew) had coffee grounds in it. Getting a replacement drink took 3 minutes. 3 minutes to fill a cup with ice and fill it from the soda fountain. The service has become unacceptable – unless the franchise owner decides to staff the store with trained employees who have a fire lit under them, I’m not coming back to this location.

Stopped by early today. This was my first time in Tim Horton. I was favorably impressed! Tried the Horton version of the Egg McMuffin. It was good, came with a hash brown and a coffee was included. The total bill was less than $ 5.00, tax included. I thought was a good deal compared to Mickey D’s. The staff was efficient and friendly. The interior is modern in design and inviting. Looks like they have a gas log fireplace for cooler weather. I checked out the donuts and they looked really good. I’ll have to give them a try on my next stop as I definitely will be back!

My husband and I enjoy getting sweets and coffee a time or two during a month. We even ask for the worker to make us fresh donuts and they do not hesitate We have gone about 4 times this year and the donuts at Tim hortons are great.

The cold squares of cheese just fell out of my grilled cheese panini. Customer service could use a boost. The donuts are delicious.

I’ve been here several times with a teen who is a fan. They have good coffee and doughnuts, but it doesn’t measure up to Biggby. They don’t have soy milk, AND they are more expensive. The staff is never very friendly either. My friend says the muffins are incredible.

I am quite fond of the sweet & salty donut — crushed pretzel on top? Yes please! The maple danish & apple danish are pretty good too. Had a breakfast sandwich that wasn’t the best I have had — won’t likely try that again but I do stop in for my sweet & salty fix from time to time!

The food was okay. The service? Not so much. The guy who took my order was nice enough but when my breakfast sandwich came up it had a big greasy slice of ham on it, and I had specifically asked for«NO ham». So when I brought it back to the lady who made it she ROLLEDHEREYESATME and asked, «Well then what DO you want on it?» I didn’t even have a chance to respond as she then grabbed it and made a new one sans ham. Wow. Never going back there.

What a rip off. Stopped here for the first time the other day and I almost laughed myself to death. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich and payed over 6 bucks for what seemed like a can of chicken between two pieces of bread. If I ever want a good laugh, I’ll drive by again but doubt ill order lol

Did you know that this Tim Horton’s is open 24 hours? I thought that was pretty cool. I spent an afternoon working on my computer at this Tim Horton’s. This is definitely not a coffee house location that is setup for people to come and work, there was really only one table that allowed for easy access to an outlet. The coffee and food was very good.

Another thing I don’t understand about Canada. TH gets a solid AVERAGE: food, coffee & service. I was put off by the russian weightlifter that made it clear with her expressions that I should know their menu better and order quicker. BTW the«regular» coffee has cream & sugar. Oh Canada…
