Danny is great. He I willing to bend over backwards for his clients. We recently bought a home, and he did everything in his power to make sure we were getting the home we so desired. I would recommend Danny to my mom. Which is a big deal, because you don’t just recommend anyone to your mom. We decided to look into selling our house and see what we might get. We had a buyer from Danny’s large web of contacts that actually signed a contract for the house before it ever went on the market. We were able to sell it, not have to deal with an open house, no «For Sale» sign out in front by the street, deal with leaving all the time with kids in school so that buyers could come and look at odd hours. We got very lucky, but Danny knows a lot of people and can help facilitate this. He is eager and knows the area very well and can make the transactions happen quickly. His family has been in the real estate business locally for a very long time so he comes from a long line of knowledgeable people and resources that many other realtors do not. When we think about buying a second home, we will let Danny know and see if he can help us out again.

Let’s just say that I am VERY pleased being a first time home buyer to go through from seeing the house to closing escrow in 35 days! He made it so easy for me to go through the whole process. Danny is great. He helped me purchase a great house at a great deal and went above and beyond. The seller was difficult to work with as they were representing themselves and didn’t know what they were doing. Danny stepped up did the extra work that should have been performed by the sellers agent and made sure the process was seemless and easy from my perspective. If you are looking for an agent, use Danny! Oh and tell him that it was my review that made you choose him, and he owes me sushi because of it!

I was so impressed with Danny. I had a realtor previously who was not cutting it. The day after I decided to change my realtor to Danny we viewed our first house, which we now call our home.
