History

Established in 2003.

We started off our business with installing Christmas lights on homes in the Bay Area. Customers from time to time would ask us to clean their gutters when taking down their lights. This gave us a good idea to extend our services for a year round busy company. We then moved to Sac area to be closer to family. Which we opened our Home Maintenance company in the El Dorado County area.

Business Owner

Joe was a firefighter for 9 years before he got injured and couldn’t work for the department due to his long term disability. He opened the company once he got released to go back to work. He is extremely trained with ladders due to his previous job history at the fire dept. He also worked for a very successful window cleaning company since he was in high school and is highly trained. Joe also has been doing Christmas light installation on homes starting in the Bay Area. He saw the need for people needing help putting up lights every year and decided to open his own company. What sets his company apart from others is he supplies, installs, maintains, and removes the lights so the customer doesn’t have to do anything but enjoy them. He’s done some very high profile athletes, executives, and business owners. Such as Joe Montana, Brent Jones, and lawyers in very wealthy areas. He services large homes in Lafeyette, Alamo, Ruby Hills, San Ramon, El Dorado Hills, Serrano, and more.
