Mita’s Eyebrow Threading

I’ve been coming to Mita’s for a few months now, and I’m loving it! She always arches my brows exactly how I like them. She currently has a deal going on, 7 brows for $ 35. Take advantage of it while you can! :)

I tried Mita for the first time after some family members recommended her to me. She did an absolute foul job. I’ve been threading for many many years and I know my hair was longer than usual but wow, it was way more painful than it had to be! She uses some cheap thread that makes threading way more painful than it needs to be. I can guarantee you that I held my skin tight through the entire thing and she still cut me… bad on both sides!!! To top it off my eyebrows are noticeably uneven, when I brought it up she said it was the direction and fullness of my hair on one of the brows but regardless of the direction and fullness of my eyebrows one of them looks noticeably more arched. It’s bad! She wasn’t rushed there wasn’t a line I came early enough. I can tell you I will never ever go back. Ever! Don’t go here there are far better places in the area.

I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here a few times and each time she does a perfect job! I like mine straight with no arch and she gets it done beautifully! I really recommend this place.

I have been coming to Mita’s eyebrow threading for about 7 months now, she is absolutely amazing and fast and its so close to my house. I highly recommend her services my eyebrows are always nicely shaped and her prices are also great!

If you’re expecting a pampering experience go elsewhere. She does a great job but sticks to the basics. No cleaning the area or putting lotion on the area being threaded. Price is right

The Unilocal deal is just fake. I bought it and have to pay extra if I need the threading to be done on lips too. What does it mean? You have to pay 10 dollars just for eyebrow threading if you don’t get the Unilocal deal?

A very strange threading experience, but my eyebrows looked good and the price was right. Mita works out of the back of Beauty Supply shop that has a small salon in the back. I walked in and was sent right back to meet her by the cashier. She did quick work, I paid her $ 10 in cash (directly to her, not the cashier) and walked out the door. No word were exchanged, but, my eyebrows looked great and the location was convenient and close to the other errands I needed to run.

Mita did a great job! I was scared after reading some of the reviews but she explained how if you don’t continue to hold up your skin while she is threading that is when a cut happens.
My skin is super sensitive and is barely red at all! Super impressed with her. Will be going back.

My eyebrows are on fleek! Super fast, Mita is flexible to your schedule and kind. She was so caring during my first ever eyebrow threading. She told me when we to breath and helped me relax. It is also really cheap and she does an awesome, clean job. She gained a new loyal costumer.

Professional and quick and good price. I am from out of town and found location by Unilocal.Hair removal hurts it is to be expected but I did not get any cuts and she does a great job

I’ve been coming to mita ever since I moved to the area a couple years ago. She always makes my eyebrows look so clean after I visit her and she keeps my eyebrows thick how I like them. It’s really quick and easy to make an appointment with her, I would definitely recommend going to see her if you need your eyebrows threaded!

I’ve been going to Mita for my brows for over a year now. She’s always friendly and professional! I work crazy hours and she is very flexible in fitting me in on short notice.
I have very sensitive skin and while my eyes are always slightly red after the threading, I’ve never been cut by her. A little cool cloth after the threading and violá, perfection! I have no problem with her listening to my request for a slightly fuller brow-​she advises me on the best shape and I trust her.
On top of that, she’s in the Beauty Avenue Supply Salon, so you can get hair products, makeup and nails-​all in one stop! Definitely a go to place!

Seriously? DO NOT GO HERE. Just dont. I dont know how this place got so many great reviews. but its terrible I tell ya.
I usually go to angel beauty in westminster (awesome spot) but I saw this place tucked in a plaza nearby my work n decided to try it out… the lady doing the threading seemed like she was in a rush even though she didnt have a single soul in the salon which made me felt rather uneasy… and it just got worse cuz she cut me! She just seemed to brush it off when she did, my brows turned out thinner than I wanted but oh well. A couple days ago I was on a time crunch and decided to stop by and give her another go, and pointed out that she cut me last time so please becareful. She goes on and tells me «oh you must have sensitive skin» well yea I think everyone is sensitive when their skin is being pricked and pulled at!!! So she goes on about her duty and sure enough she doesnt cut me once but twice this time. I sat up from the pain and she says «look check for yourself it might be painful but theres no cuts ok» I should have walked out then and there but I didnt want to walk out with uneven eyebrows… I should have anyway and fixed it myself cuz now im walking around lookin like a doofus with these cuts on my eyelids.
One thing sure enough, I will never ever be back here again. She has a terrible attitude and she cant even do her job without her customers shedding some skin and blood. Freakin ridiculous, its cheap but trust that paying the extra dolllar or two will totally be worth walking around with mini scabs around your eyelids!

Place was nice, fast service, but unfortunately I didn’t like how my eyebrows turned out. Mita left them WAY too thin :/​and made me bleed AND she cut me a lot

Mita has been my go to eyebrow place for about a year now. I found her over Unilocal and am so grateful I did. She’s fast, clean, and thorough. On top of that the price is great!
Don’t think I can go back to other threading places anymore.

So glad I found Mita! I was longggg overdue to get my eyebrows done that I considered covering up for my laziness by saying I was «growing it out from a bad thread job from before.» Well, I just fessed up and said it had been a long time and was ready to suffer the consequences. Gotta say, this was the quickest and painless threading I’ve ever sat through! No frills or even a wipedown afterwards but who cares. do it yourself! Eyebrows look great and the price was very fair. $ 10 for eyebrows and upper lip — some places charge that amount just for the brows so I’m happy.
