Great value for the price. Friendly English speaking staff throughout help make sure your stay is enjoyable. Heated indoor pool is open late, which was great for the kids after a day in the park. Good breakfast. Nothing fancy but comfortable for families on a budget and a friendly staff makes a huge difference!

When we got here we checked in and went our room and had to go back downstairs and request a move because it smell of smoke. Our next room was fine no smoke smell. Our room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel was clean, staff was nice, great location right at the beginning of the strip of Pigeon Forge. Pool was smaller than I had thought it would be and water is super warm since the hot tub is pretty much one of the corners of the pool. Sauna worked well too. Breakfast was great complete with cereals, juices, milk, muffins, toast, bagels, biscuits, gravy, sausage, waffles. boiled eggs, fruit, coffee, and yogurt. We would definitely recommend this hotel again.

This was a nice clean comfy place to stay! We got a great deal and we were right by all the tourist things my seven year old son wanted to do. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. In the morning we made waffles and they had biscuits and gravy and sausage too. We have no complaints at all.

This was a last-​minute stop for us because we couldn’t get to our destination within reasonable time. I booked this online on Hotwire and we strolled in shortly thereafter.
Staff was very courteous and helpful. A great sample of the southern hospitality! The breakfast is exactly the same as every other hotel, IMHO.
They have a chatty bird in the lobby, which was fun to watch and listen to.
Room was very clean and well stocked. The walls are a bit thin, I could hear our neighbor cough at times.
I’d stay again for sure.

Nothing special to say. Older hotel needs updating, breakfast was BYOM (bring your on meat lol). Coffee was excellent. Staff was friendly. Rates were good. I would not recommend.
