The rooms were great and the view amazing. The staff was out of this world helpful and went out of their way to make our day wonderful. I loved how the furniture seemed newer than other resorts I’ve been in.

My in laws own a timeshare with Bluegreen and booked rooms at this property for our recent family vacation. It’s tucked away from the touristy strip but still close enough if you need to run to the store or want to venture out.
We had 2 separate hotel rooms next to each other, each having its own door for privacy and an additional door for privacy of both rooms from outside. Since we were located on the top floor, I cringed at the idea of bringing my very heavy suitcase up the flights of steps. I was delighted to find out that there was an elevator available. Whew!
The unit that my husband and I stayed in was more than enough room for both of us. But I probably wouldn’t put more than 2 people in there. We had a one bedroom and then a short hallway (full kitchen on left and bathroom to the right) that led to the living room/​patio/​balcony. I was pretty amazed that they provided most of the comforts of home for our immediate use. For instance– pots and pans, coffeemaker, cooking utensils and silverware, plates and bowls. (They even had trash bags and dishwasher detergent) This was so useful as we were able to have a few nights worth of planned meals versus eating out for the umpteenth time. The décor was a bit dated (think 90s) for my taste and the bed wasn’t the comfiest but it was liveable and that’s all we cared about. The bathrooms had towels and toilet paper as well Bath and Body works toiletries. So it really was like staying at a hotel in a lot of ways. They also had most cable channels available and free wifi so for those who have to be connected on social media, no issue getting reception here.
We were lucky to have a nice, scenic view of the mountains from our balcony so that was a great way to start every morning. I know there were pools on property but we didn’t make use of. There is also a fitness center but why go there when you can hike in the Smokies? It is convenient when you don’t want to venture far off property. I know they have complimentary coffee in the office because my father in law ventured there often during our stay. I also did learn they have a Laundromat on property but doing laundry on vacation? Yeah right.
In a nutshell, it’s a decent and economical place to stay in the Gatlinburg area especially for big families on a budget.

We used our Holiday Inn club points to stay here even though it was a last minute decision. We tried for a Holiday Inn resort but, of course they were booked, so we tried RCI and, again, booked or they couldn’t accomodate us, so we went here. We were told that all that was available was a 1 bedroom with a foldout couch so we took it despite having 2 adults and 3 kids.
We showed up at 130 in the morning and got a key from the guard. The room was nice wit a full bathroom, a garden tub/​jacuzzi and sink in the bedroom area. It was a king size bed but when you have 2 kids that just have to sleep with you it’s not that big. There was also a gas fireplace that someone had left on. The kitchen was small but had a full fridge and stove, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Of course it’s like any other hotel and they only give you one thing of regular coffee and one decaf and one sugar and creamer packet. The room guide said that they would come and do trash but the 5 days we were there no one ever came by. They do do laundry exchange for piece by piece (1 sheet for 1 sheet, etc) and there is apparently a laundry room to do your own laundry.
By the 3^rd day we were starting to feel the crampiness of a one bedroom and the 2 bedroom next door was empty so my wife asked about moving. We were told that the people who had «rented» the 2 bedroom never showed but they were not going to move us in to it. Another issue with us not being BlueGreen members was that our room was on the «ground floor» which was basically the lowest level, that is, our room was below parking lot level, which is where they stick non-​members apparently. The walls were thin to the point where we could hear the person next door snoring! We could also hear the people above us moving around at all hours. Another issue was the WiFi. Apparenlty they offer it in room but only to members of the resort, otherwise you have to pay, which to me seems unfair.
There was a nice indoor pool with a workout room, and an outdoor pool with a hot tub but it was too cold to be outside swimming.
We are going to be selling our Holiday Inn timeshare because it wasn’t what we were told it would be and we can’t use it at any other resort without paying out of pocket for it. This place was okay but wouldn’t want to stay unless we had a bigger room and someone else pays for it.

This is an ok place. It’s away from the strip in Pigeon Forge which is nice. My wife and I stayed in a one bed room. The bed was small (we’re used to a king) and if you are coming with a baby get the two bed room, maybe they have a lot more room. For what it was the room was clean but not very spacious and was more like an extended hallway than a room.
I do have to say that everything else was good. There are 3 pools including one indoor one. Plus there’s a game room and we found donuts there too! The staff at the desk were very nice, although, the staff roaming around the campus seem to just stare at you.
All and all, if you’re just using an RCI timeshare it’s ok but I’ve been to better. I would not buy here I hate to say, just on the space you get in the room.

Ugh! Late arrival, but security there to check us in. Closing time of office not provided in booking information. Had some difficulty with the key entering the lock off foyer and then the condo, but finally worked. Guard had told us parking would be difficult at the unit this late but it was not. Condo was shabby and sofa was dirty and in need of recovering, and overall the condo was too small for two people instead of the four it was advertised for. The one bed was queen and filled the bedroom. One sink bathroom was also small but the shower was good. The ice maker worked well, and there was a full oven, microwave and fridge, although somewhat outdated. Nice kitchen amenities were provided and unexpected, such as hot chocolate mix and microwave popcorn, and lots of dw detergent. Had to use steps to access the ground floor unit, which was dangerous in the unexpected ice storm, although they had sanded the steps. TVs were small and out of date, as was the DVD/​VCR combo and the boom box/​CD player combo. The latter was placed on top of the entertainment center and was accessible only by standing on a chair. The complex was noisy, beginning at 6 a.m. with loud housekeeping carts rolling just outside the bedroom window back and forth continuously beginning at 6 a.m. Don’t come here if you desire to sleep late! The second night the key would not work at all, and we went back to the office to discover that they did not even know we had stayed there the previous night and the guard had not properly registered us or swiped our credit card! We also had not been given a hang tag for our car, and they gave us one but it had the wrong date on it. Location is somewhat off the beaten path but convenient. We won’t make the mistake of coming to this relic again!

This is a BlueGreen timeshare property. It is clean & well maintained but it is a no frills condo. I found my 1 bedroom a bit small & the bathroom set up with access from the hallway & the bedroom was a PITA. Speaking of bathrooms, the vinyl tile, 1 piece shower unit & exhaust fan from hell all cheapen the look & feel of the unit.
It’s location is great. A 2 minute ride to the famous Parkway where everything is located. The pools are nice but the hot tubs stink which is the norm at timeshares & hotels.
All in all it’s not a bad place but next time I will look elsewhere. If you like me just plan to sleep & cook a bit in the unit you’ll be fine. Don’t expect too much & you won’t be disappointed.
