I scheduled several different appointments (via text) to tow our shop cars around Socal. Alex & Chriss were quick to respond, showed up on time, loaded up the car, and even waited for us to get ready before we all headed out. Alex is familiar with lowered cars, so I knew my cars were in good hands. Support your local shop and pick One Stop Tow for your towing needs!

Horrible customer service. It was 100 degrees and I’m pregnant in the middle of nowhere. Eta 2 hours. Fine. Past 2 hours I call. Homeboy starts telling me about his AC and apparently he told the insurance he was close when he told me he was 3 miles away.
So, granted as he got hostile about the situation I got hostile too. I said, «I don’t give a fuck about your AC» I explained I’m pregnant again and waiting another 45 minutes is ridiculous. He responded «you don’t give a fuck?» Hung up and cancelled the tow. I shouldn’t have said the world fuck but customer service is about understanding. I will never recommend this place. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

What a Friday! My car started going crazy. Radio went out, low battery across the screen. Then my lights went out and my car was completely dark. Alternator! Pull off the freeway and into a parking lot. Guy from towing company comes out in under an hour. Which I didn’t think was too bad considering traffic. Cool kat. Respected my car. Got me home. I would’ve given 3 stars because of wait. But after all said and done, the day I had was not his fault. And Friday LA traffic is brutal. Gave 4 stars because guy was supercool and personable. And put me at ease. Now off to auto zone!
