Rossmoor Towing

After waiting four hours for Pride Towing Service in Anaheim to arrive my husband finally cancelled the call and contacted Rossmoor Towing Service. They arrived within 30 minutes. The employee that is pictured in the yellow shirt was very professional and experienced. The price was fair. Thank you Rossmoor Towing for great service and finally getting my husband and his truck home.

I was really happy with the service. The operator i received was of great manners and professionalism. I was really appreciative of the help; therefore no need for the tow, as he helped me figure out the issue. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you to Rossmoor Towing.

I was very happy with the quick response I got from Rossmoor Towing. My car literally died on Bristol Street right by South Coast Plaza. I managed to get in a tiny driveway that led to the wash below. I was extremely nervous how the driver would be able to get it out since there was no room in front or on either side. He showed up quickly (sooner than AAA quoted me) and was able to block traffic momentarily with the flat bed and roll my car back into the street and get it safely on the flat bed. The ride back was very pleasant in such a nerve racking situation. The driver, I think his name was Anthony made me feel less nervous.

Had a bad experiences in the past with other companies but this time around it was pretty good I lost my keys to my truck and I had to get it home I was worried that he was going to do damage to my truck trying to put it on the back of a flatbed when I requested a wheel lift but the driver seemed like he knew what he was doing he put these things underneath the tire and winched my truck on the back of the flatbed with no damage the driver seemed like he knew what he was doing and very knowledgeable the prices was fair I had no problems. I would definitely use them agian.

This was the absolute worst customer service, scheme and disrespectful tow company I ever dealt with. My car was towed from in front of my house while I was in the hospital… they did not care, nor did they care that the issuing police authority waived the fees as well admitted it was a bogus tow. DO NOT DEAL with this company. In fact, when I called to inquire about my car, costs and reason for tow… I was hanged up on purposely 6 times!
When I picked up my car and asked to speak to the owner he actually screamed at me, called me multiple names as well as a liar — saying I called 30 times. My phone records show I called 5 times, only because this owner and employee would not answer my question and continued to hang up on me. Smart way to prolong storage, increase fees and rob our residents. They even threatened to sell my car!!!
They charged me $ 1000 to get my car out of captivity and its a known fact they do not work well with customers or the local
Police Department, so I ask myself why our communities contract with greedy crooks that are NOT at all here to serve the people and law enforcement in the community???
I was actually told by the tow yard owner, «you should have left your wife at the hospital to deliver the baby so you could come home to move your car.»
Not only was I insulted, but we had major complications with our newborn who needed surgery. Thankfully our son is okay! I’m so glad the world is so full of sympathetic and understanding people, HA! Maybe if I let the guys at the tow yard have a smoke break before talking business I would have been treated better.
I have never been so insulted, disrespected and discriminated against in my life. If I could upload the audio recording of the owner yelling and me… it’d be priceless.
Do NOT use this tow service, or allow them franchise agreements to conduct business in yours or other surrounding communities.

I never had a more worse expierience in my life. Bad customer service. Not professional one bit.

Ok, so alot of people have done this. You park somewhere you are not supposed to or do not know your not supposed to park in certain locations. I did it this morning. When I came out to talk to the terribly rude man, he continued on «you wouldnt want random people coming to your neighborhood and parking would you?» and kept on going on and on. After I explained, I lived a stones throw away and had never been towed at this location before, he still continued asking for DL, photo ID– like he was of higher power (I think he was trying to intimidate me because im not a guy– he would never speak to my 6’5 boyfriend that way). I get that he is not in the business of making friends, but he was terrible. Being in the service industry myself, there is a way to complete your job without being a dick. As he was leaving, I asked for his name so I could call his supervisor (I would want to know if I had an awful employee), and he got in his truck and left without a word. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for hiring such unprofessional trash. I dont care what line of work you’re in, its people like him that make this world such a dark place. By the way, I have never written a negative review– but that is how terrible this man was.

Terrible company. Was told they would be here in 45min or less so we chose them opposed to the company that would take 90 min. An hour after the order was placed the driver calls to say they can’t make of for a few more hours. Then offers to handle it for me tomorrow. I’m stranded by the car, do you want me to sleep on the street until tomorrow?! Worst service ever.
