I haven’t had a bad experience here.
They have so many things that you may want or ‘need’ for your house, sometimes a little over priced, but their customer service is spectacular. They have plenty of employees moving around stocking and checking on you. if they don’t have what you need at the location you’re at, they will help find it at another or — time permitting — have it shipped to your house for FREE!

I’ve been to this store many times, just always forget to Review. So here it is! I really like BB&B. Always a decent selection of products — lots of stuff I never knew was made haha.
This stop was for hard wood floor cleaner. They didn’t have the manufacturer’s suggested brand, but had the second on the list.
I’ve never had a real issue with absent salesclerk a (if I’ve had a question about a product). Always polite and helpful.
I like the fact that all BB&B stores are not strictly home improvement or restoration. Home decorating and life style goods are also spread out on the floor.

It’s a regular BBB, with all the stuff you’d normally expect. The crew here, however, is super-​friendly and GREAT at wrapping gifts, and also very helpful when it comes to finding things on registries.
