This has been on of my favorite locations for years and it makes me upset to see the reviews this store has. I’ve had great experiences here from the coffee shop to their customer service. I would recommend this B&N location to anyone.

Let me start this by saying I love bookstores. Love them. I spend alot of time in bookstores, all over the country as I travel. This B&N has to be the worst managed bookstore I have ever been inside. One register open. Although looking back on it that might have been intentional because no one can get any help so no one can make it to the register to pay. I waited at the customer service desk for ten minutes-no one in sight. I began to wander around to find someone who works there and I eventually found someone. I said ‘excuse me’ then something was said on the speakers and she said I have to take care of this and she walked away! I waited another five minutes then I left the store. Between amazon and half price books I’ll find what I need. I’m a proponate of supporting local business but this place is why B&N is has been on the verge of bankruptcy for years. I say they’re sleeping in a bed they created.

Scones made one feel as if you were in England after taking one bite. The place was Clean and the workers were very pleasant.

It’s a bookstore. Which means I love it. :) The religion section is a bit thin, and I think that the toy section has sort of taken over, but I guess you have to cater to your crowd. I usually find a good selection of CDs and DVD/Blu-Ray here, too. The café is a good place to browse through books and hang out pre/post movie. Can be VERY busy on Friday/Saturday nights(hence the cop car in front.), with the theater traffic. I guess I should be happy that the Pickerington Kids are hanging out at a bookstore! :)

It’s a good place to curl up with a book. We spent a few hours in there, killing time. The comfy chairs are well located for an afternoon of reading(and perhaps a nap!). This location isn’t normally too busy… probably since it’s not in a huge shopping center. Most of the other stores in the area are pretty low traffic.
