Horrible, I went to this place only to get a oil change and the mechanic told me I had a water leak, I asked how much it was, it sounded super suspect bc I had never seen any type of water come out of my car at all. They couldn’t tell me the price, I decided to get a second opinion. went to my dealership and they inspected the whole car NO leaks at all, totally shady place, I wouldn’t trust the mechanics there, oil change is cheap, but anything else be ware.

I have used this place more then a few times, they are right next door to where I work.
When I was younger, I use to work on my cars all the time. As the years have gone by, more and more I hate working on them. But at the same time, I hate spending outrageous prices for work that I could have done myself! However, Purcell has made this easier for me. I can always schedule my truck in anytime and have it back the same day. They will not try to pressure me into something I do not want to do, but always let me know what needs to be worked on.
Brad is great, very nice and explains everything to me. I can honestly say this is a place I can trust. It’s a very good feeling to have.
