When you first view the property and sign the lease, the staff is both friendly and professional. But that’s where it ends. Once you’re in, the staff turns very unpersonal and cold. You will find a better deal and friendlier people elsewhere. They do not take care of the grounds very well, and do not take concerns very seriously. Including my car being vandalized and hit numerous times, but it’s not there problem at all. If you need work on your apartment, all they ask is «permission to enter?» And will enter at anytime, and will not even give you am estimated time. For us, we have 2 cats and do not want them escaping, nor do we want to lock them up all day in hopes that the maintenance will come
A few good points… The actual apartment manager is great, if you are able to talk directly to him. The maintenance staff is also very personable and nice when making repairs in your place.
Overall, we cannot wait until our lease ends and we can get outta there. Do your homework before considering this place.
