Papago Crossings

I talked to the assistant mng and asked him if they’d share the expense for the deductible and his answer to me, «that’s why you have insurance». Well… that’s why I rent from a gated community. To feel safer and be protected from things like this from happening. Not from a gate that’s always broken and allows anyone to enter and derelicts to go through trash bins and scope out our vehicles.

This place is turning ghetto since the management company changed. People loitering on steps, shopping carts abandoned on the property, clothes hanging from balconies, people smoking where ever, one excuse after another as to why the gate hasn’t worked in months. The staff used to wear nice uniforms and be helpful and friendly. Now they choose what ever time to go to lunch so when you go to the office in the hot sun, they’re not there.

ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENTS EVER! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! The Management are incompetent fools who will tell you ANYTHING you want to hear. They will leave out important information that you should know, or they will tell you something completely different. ROACHES EVERYWHERE! I even used to live in Boston and NYC and I have never seen a roach problem so bad.
Tonight was the final straw… I came back from a vacation and on the one day that my cat sitter did not come by, my AC went down. Since there is not a direct number to the emergency maintenance line, you have to call the office. It just so happens that the office’s phone lines are down. So here I am, exhausted from driving for hours, no AC, and two very upset kitties. I packed everything up again and headed to the nearest pet friendly hotel. As I write this, I have no idea what the outcome will be, but I guarantee I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE!
At this point, I will be blasting Papago Crossing on every social media site I can. If these issues are not addressed in a timely fashion, I will be contacting an attorney.
I’ll say this… Nothing would make me happier than to see these buildings condemned.

Management is horrible and my apartment was broken into and burglarized. If you can afford to move somewhere else, move somewhere else.

When we moved here last year things went down hill from the start. After excepting our keys we immediately saw a roach. They had the bug guy come out. That was months ago and we’ve had him out a few more times and STILL more roaches! There is NO hot water. I’ve called to have it fixed, they came and it’s still not fixed. Our garbage bins overflow and half the time someone is parked in my spot. Their parking is funky too. They have our spot COMPLETELY on the opposite side of the complex. I DO NOT recommend this place and we will be leaving as soon as the lease is up.
