Infinity Nails and Spa

I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and I’m usually thrilled with the outcome! They move people through quickly while maintaining high quality. The prices are very reasonable and the full pedi is amazing including leg and foot and neck and shoulder massage. I stay away from the male nail techs as they can be a little rough.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been here and I guess business must be booming since they are expanding to the next storefront. For a Monday, they were pretty busy but my friend and I didn’t have to wait, gel mani for me and pedi for my friend.
Michelle was fabulous! She asked what I wanted and even though I thought I wasn’t being very clear, she executed it flawlessly! She was very meticulous about making sure all the hangnails were removed and the manicure was perfect!
I’m only giving it four stars because I have had similar quality manicures for $ 25, so for what I had done, $ 35 is a bit pricy for me. I will still go back if I’m ever in the area needing my nails done.

I live right across the street, so this was the obvious choice when I wanted to get my nails done. The place was packed, which I expected because I had heard good things about them. But honestly, I wasn’t really impressed… I came in expecting this amazing experience, based on what friends had told me, but it was just average for me. They did have a large selection of color choices, which is important to me. I have been to a lot of places that only have the basics, but they had everything from blush neutrals to bright neon shades. I got a pedicure, and I guess with every pedicure, you get a back massage included in the cost. It was a very awkward back massage, and I could tell that the woman servicing me really didn’t want to be doing it, as I could barley even feel her touch me. I really didn’t care for it anyways though… And, it was a little bit on the pricey side. I believe that their basic pedicure starts at $ 30, which in my opinion is a little high for a basic pedicure without all of the extras. So including tip, I paid about $ 40. I have been to salons that are the same thing as Infinity and the pedicures are about $ 20… I will probably be back at some point, due to the fact that they are in walking distance of my home, but for that reason alone and not because they are anything special.

I love this place. I have been coming for over a year and had a few trials with techs but I have my main person now… no offense but not telling their name as they are so busy already.
I also love the new updates to the salon can’t wait till side two is done. Lots of chairs, comfortable environment, always accommodating, lots of gel colors.
I haven’t found my pedicure tech yet but I always like Rose.
Pay with cash they charge a .45 cent fee otherwise.
Always good designs. Very accommodating.
Also get the stamp card, u get 20 $ off after 10 visits. They won’t tell u about it or remind u to stamp it but still.20 $ is 20 $.

I have been going here for years… they have never done my nail terrible… always respectful of my time… and do an awesome services… I have my favorite technicians, but don’t we all

The wait is a bit

Just finished my visit here today. My tech was Tammy, she did a very good job. The place is in a bit of disarray as they are currently remodeling. Being that we just moved here and I am on the search for a new pedi place, I think I’ve found it! I got the infinity pedi and after that was completed she repaired my broken nail & went on to give me a mini mani. Upon completion of this service she went on to give a small shoulder and neck massage. By the time I left here I was extremely relaxed and very happy with both my pedi and mini mani. I will definitely be back.

I have been coming to infinity nails for about seven years now. And today I went and had ben as my guy and he did the worst job I have ever had. My nails are lumpy he didn’t take all my nail polish off from the last time so you could see it through my black French manicure. He was rude. My nails look awful. I always have a good experience at infinity and I am very disappointed with today’s outcome. I left today debating on getting another nail salon to go to.

I’ve been going to this spa for months now and I’ve had my share of having my nails done by different nail techs. Today I had them done by Rachel biggest attitude ever! Rude, everything I said that I wasn’t liking she snapped at me. My nails look dirty, bubbly like I did them myself in a hurry! I left wanting to cry of how ugly my nails were and the freaking head ache this BITCH gave me. I usually don’t swear but this woman got to me!

I usually have great experiences here and mine started out that way with my pedicure and manicure.
But a problem came I went to the front and tried to get the cash out of my wallet to pay and tip. My fingernail (on a different finger) barely bumped the zipper on my wallet and bubbled like crazy and another fingernail was bubbling too. While I waited to pay, the cashier noticed that I wasn’t happy with my nails by how I was looking at them and asked if I had time to get it fixed.
She led me back and said, we need a fix on this nail. That’s when the pregnant woman who had originally painted my nails («Kathy» was the name on her cart) who was laying back in a pedicure chair started YELLING in a language other than English clearly about me and clearly something disrespectful based on the way all of the pedicurists turned to stare at me and looked shocked by what this woman had said. (Yelling is not an overstatement, I’ve never heard a voice in that place get above normal talking voice even between employees across the room.)
It’s really frustrating because I could not understand what she was saying, but I could tell that if she had been yelling it in English she would have ended up being fired or in trouble with management.
The woman who fixed my nails (not the Kathy woman who stayed laying in her chair) was very nice and paid attention to detail and told me to wait while it dried because this polish takes a while (which all of this would have been avoided if the initial woman had told me this).
Overall, this one woman lowered my rating significantly. I was very displeased by her blatant disrespect of a customer after she hadn’t fully done her own job.

Got my girlfriend a gift card from here, and she was so happy with the work they did. She said it was the best pedicure and nails she’s ever gotten. She kept flaunting off her nail designs. I was really happy about choosing this salon.

Michelle did a great job on my coffin nails I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I wanted and even when she couldn’t find the exact nude gel polish she took 2 colors and mixed up her own for me! Amazing I will defiantly see her again. The price is perfect! My girls and I will keep going!

I just moved here from out of town and have been coming here since April. I kept coming back to try and give them another try and I’ve still been disappointed. Some of the workers are great but others try to not get personable. This is why I miss my nail place back home. I came in at 10:30 am and they put me in a pedicure chair where I was waiting for 30 mins until they started. My water was cold and on top of that I had to also get a fill-​in where they were taking people ahead of me because they had me in the pedicure chair. Not happy!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now… Ariel is one of the best.. very nice. does a fantastic job and is an amazing artist… I always call ahead for an appointment with her.

I went here yesterday and asked for a basic pedicure. I was seated immediately, in a massage chair to soak my feet and then waited, for about 45 minutes.
Then when the woman started, and asked what I wanted, I said the basic pedicure with a design added. So she proceeded to start and then asked me questions that I couldn’t really understand. I recall her asking if I wanted my callouses removed, and I’m thinking yes, when you scrub them, scrub off the thick skin areas. The the next thing I knew, she’s saying how other salons charge you for add-on’s like this, but here, you get everything for $ 35, only. So, now I’ve unknowing gone from $ 21 to $ 35. It’s my birthday. I’m treating myself. I decide to just go with it.
When she quickly finished the polish and toe design at the end and put on one quick top coat, and says, ok, you’re done, thank you, and hands me the invoice. I tipped her $ 8.
Then I proceed to check out and the girl says, that will be $ 36 plus tax. I said, I thought it was $ 35. She said, no, our prices went up. The price went up when I walked up to the front to pay, I’m thinking?
Now, I’m just ready to get out of there. It’s been over an hour and a half, and I had other plans.
Then I leave, and as soon as I get home, I see my two toenails are totally messed up because they weren’t dry. I don’t want to go back because of the hassle, but since I already paid twice what I thought I would, I’ll go back to see if they fix it.
Frustrating!

Not impressed… I don’t think they could shove any more people in the place… Good luck getting out in an emergency… Won’t be back

I’ve been sitting here waiting for a pedicure for about 30 min when my appointment was at 1:15 now it’s 1:30 and I still haven’t been seen. Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you but I will NOT be coming back. Horrible. Do not come here ladies. I’m about to walk out with my feet all wet.

Well I walked in on a Saturday which was I guess my first mistake overcrowded and big crowd waiting to be served so I walked out girl comes out the door chases me down in the parking lot and says I can get you in I proceeded to walk through the door and stand there and have to ask again how long the wait is they finally take me back to a chair and put my feet in cold water for 10 minutes until a woman finally comes it’s the last chair at the end of the row back in the corner with the bathroom and laundry room the girl who works on my toes constantly had to move over to let people buy I’m surprised they turned out as good as they did which is the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of one my gel toes actually looked good and all in all I got what I wanted and paid for

Excellent prices here. They really do take care of all your needs here. For $ 35 you can get an hour pedicure with a neck and shoulder massage. You even get 2 free designs on your toes for that price. I would highly recommend this place to everyone

I’m really not a fan of this salon. It’s overpriced and the services are average. Almost every time I get my nails here they end up lifting up within two days. Every time I come back in to get it fixed they charge me for each nail. I don’t know if the glue is cheap or they don’t use enough. Either way I pay $ 40 for a set on nails that don’t last, which is ridiculous.
I also notice that the nail techs are very rough and move way too fast when doing my nails. One of my nails started actually bleeding because of how rough my nail tech was. I only continue to go here because it is the only nail salon in my area, but I would not recommend it.
