Came in a half hour after opening, only one person here. He called someone to get here to help, showed up with kids in tow. Took forever I told him I had a wedding to go to and didn’t have a lot of time. Took almost two hours for two full sets. The employees were arguing. It was very unprofessional. Oh, my nails look like crap they look very dirty. They didn’t even have nail brushes. Will never go back!!! If i could not give a star, i would. I have never not tipped but this was horrible.

Not a good place had my toes done and the girl cut my toe. Not good quality better places than here. The place on 7th Street and Union Hills is a lot better.

This is a DECENT place. Ive been here 2 times. 1st time i had gotten a full set with gel color. Not too bad, but not the best. 2nd time just a gel color. It was alright not great or awesome but decent. They were very friendly and wanted your business. Felt like a valued customer. Work on the nails was a bit bad. I dont think they have a lot of nail techs because theres usually only 1 guy there and ive gotten him both times. I left with some cuts on my fingers and uneven polish with ruff edges. This is an okay place if you want to go somewhere decent. But extremely pricey for the work you get.

Super friendly and excellent customer service! Kathy did my my eyebrows and lip. She was so fast and it was done painlessly. I didn’t catch the gentlemen’s name but he did a fantastic pedicure as well. I will be coming back they are fast and very clean. Very happy I came here!

A friend & I dropped in with our 2 girls after calling to see if they could get us in for 4 pedis. We shot over and they had the chairs ready! They were SUPER sweet with our kids(6&9) and very accommodating with us. my daughter wanted more sparkles– done. One wanted cooler water– done. Will be bringing them back. Planning my next Pedi already! Katie rocks and was familiar with my odd skin issues. Can wait to rock my toes!!!

Kenny and the owner Katie were excellent. Very relaxing and a great value. Spa pedicure was $ 30 with callous remover, seal salt scrub, massage and hot rocks. It was about an hour. Place is very clean. I would recommend and I will be back!

I love Jamie nails and spa. The staff is friendly and so accommodating. They do take walk ins, but I recommend an appointment so you can get right in, as it can get busy. The best techs are David and Susan, they always do a great job, and are great at making suggestions for fancier manicures. I get gel nails and pedicure about every two weeks, and eyebrow waxing about every month. I have never been disappointed with any service I’ve received here.

I always come here to get my pedicures, usually do my manis at home. The reason I like this place is because: 1) It is really clean 2) The staff is friendly, they take their time and are thorough. 3) I enjoy my pedi in a reclining massage chair with my feet soaked in hot water with a jet. 4) They offer complimentary water which I can usually use in the AZ heat. 5) They welcome walk-ins and wait is usually not long. A regular pedi costs $ 20 which involves a massage with a hot stone at the end. I usually get regular. If you are looking for callus removal, the next one is $ 30 which is the sea salt scrub. I got that once and it left my legs and feet super soft. They also massage the soles with this hand held massager which is so relaxing! * Heads up, their nail polish collection is a bit smaller than some of the other places I have been to but they have enough shades that I like so I am happy :)
