Skin Palette at The Studio CL salon

Thank you to Kristina, my tan is amazing. She took time for little details I have never received with a spray tan. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and did a great job! Thank you and can’t wait to show off my gorgeous tan.

I’ve been to Skin Palette several times now and have never been disappointed. I have tried other spray tan places which are closer as I am in the suburbs but will always choose to trek to the city for Skin Palette as they are just the best! Recently went for a spray tan after having gotten sunburnt 2 weeks prior and the skin on my arms was dry and peel-​y. I wanted to get sprayed to even out my tan as my chest and legs did not have much color. Susie used a primer and then gave me the most perfect spray tan! I was scared with my arms already peeling that the color would turn out blotchy or uneven but somehow she managed to make it work! Handful of people complimented my tan and were shocked when I told them it was a spray tan! Love this place!

Perfect spray tan! Susie did a great job and was so helpful in meeting my needs. We talked about what I was getting sprayed for and my time line over the next few days. I was getting on a flight that evening and she helped ensure that the spray tan would be moisturizing and added a formula to eliminate the spray tan smell. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the experience.

I absolutely love Susie. After talking with me about my preferences, she gave me a beautiful glow that looked completely natural. She offered me a first time discount and even went to the trouble of hailing me a cab so my tan wasn’t at risk in the rain! It was so refreshing to receive that level of customer service! She has def earned herself a repeat customer!

This is my second spray tan with Skin Palette and I couldn’t be happier. The owner (Susie) knows exactly how to assess your skin tone, knows her products, and how it will work for each individual client. Your tan is tailored to your needs. Also, when the tan is applied, there are multiple techniques to make sure you are completely covered/blended…no spots are missed, no streaking, no creases. As with all spray tans, the bronzer remains on the skin until your first shower, so do not freak out if some comes off on your clothing! It’s just bronzer, no biggie, so bring loose fitting clothing.
The location of the salon is great… it’s within a hair studio, but just make your way to the back and you’ll find it. I got this tan before heading to the beach and everyone has complimented me on how natural it looks. There is ZERO orange, coverage lasts for at least 7 – 10 days if you take care of it. The look is so great, I won’t go anywhere else!

This spray tan was literally the greatest spray tan in history. If you are questioning trying to airbrush spray tan and usually go to a booth, this is so much better. It is worth every dime and lasts for well over a week. I can’t wait to go back again and will realistically probably be going back every 2 weeks!

Perfect spray tan! I got so many compliments on it and everyone thought I had been in the sun– they were shocked when I told them it was a spray tan because it looked so natural.
Reasonably priced especially considering that it lasts well over a week and that it is so customized. No orange and no uneven spots! I can’t say enough good things about Susie– she’s the best!

The Skin Palette was my first airbrush/​spray tan experience, and I have to say, it was very worth the 35 minute drive to Philly from Conshohocken. Susie, the owner, is a very welcoming, professional and not to mention gorgeous business woman. She was able to give me a brief consultation on my skin type, asked if I had any sensitivities/​allergies, and asked what type of tone I would want. She was very thorough during the process, which is done completely by hand using the most amazing spray tan technology I’ve ever seen! If you are uncomfortable being naked only in your underwear, forget it. But, I was like that and I gave it a shot and I have to say that Susie made me feel very comfortable in my own skin. She does this to hundreds of clients per day, so she knows what she is doing. The location of the salon is in the city, which was a little tricky to find but definitely a cute neighborhood!
I got this tan for a pageant, and it made me GLOW on stage. I received many compliments by other girls. I was not blotchy, orange (no carotene in the spray tan!) or too dark at all! It was the perfect tan customized for me!

Similar to other reviewers, I would follow Susie wherever she goes, but I do love going to Studio CL for my spray tan with her. Skin Palette is always accommodating to my scheduling needs so that I can have the best tan before any event or vacation.
I have pretty fair and sensitive skin and was hesitant to try spray tanning at first, but I am totally hooked. I have been extremely pleased with the outcomes of my tans which look very natural, last, and fade without leaving weird marks. People always comment on my tan and are surprised when I tell them that it’s a spray tan. On top of the excellent quality of the product, I always feel very comfortable when I’m getting my tan and look forward to my next visit.
I can’t wait to go on vacation tomorrow and show off my fantastic tan– it’s amazing what a little color can do for the confidence :)

So glad that Skin Palette is back closer to Rittenhouse! Although honestly, I would go wherever Susie sprays! I’ve never found such a consistently good spray tan. Susie is so sweet and friendly and makes the experience so comfortable. She really personalizes the whole experience and customizes the color/​primer/​accelerator on your personal needs for that particular tan.
You will not be disappointed!
