taking the stuff out and owner came and started asking us for info and immediately thought we were stealing stuff. horrible service. no trash can inside the complex at all, does not help the customers with throwing their stuff out but expects them to pick everything up and if you dont you have to pay for an entire month
horrible service and horrible management
i pay to keep our stuff in there and not to be treated as a criminal because i am brown. place sucks dont even bother

This is my first experience using a storage facility so I don’t think I can do 5 stars since I don’t know for sure if its as good as it gets — but I am definitely a fan of my experience so far! The manager has great customer service and helped me decide on the best size for our needs which wasn’t the largest size they had by any means. She also recommended a 7.5×20 instead of a 10×15 to save a bit more money as we didn’t really need the 10′ door. Rent was reasonable, she had a special going on as well which was even better. She also had a great price on really nice packing paper. Everything is secured well and the agreement is very clear. No hidden fees or anything to be cautious about. We got a climate controlled unit and provided our own lock.
