Clear Light Window Washing

Clear Light recently cleaned the windows of a large house in Petaluma I was getting ready for sale. They arrived on time. The sent two people who were a pleasure to have around the house. They did not drip water inside like another window cleaner I have used. They offered to wash all the mirrored closet doors for $ 20 which was more than reasonable. Window cleaning is one of those jobs where the more you stare at window the more specs you see. They were patient. They helped me move a few mattresses which were not part of their job. Their price was well worth it. I will call them first for any window cleaning job.

Iv’e had Clear Light clean my windows for 10 years and just recently had them power wash my house as well as clean the gutters. They always do a top professional job and are very easy to work with. I highly recommend James and his team to anyone the needs their windows, house and gutters cleaned

James and crew did a great job. Washed all the windows and cleaned up all the down spouts and gutters, sky lite, blew off all the roof and awnings. They arrived on time, worked the whole time, very quiet just a great team. Very courteous, friendly, cleaned up after and affordable. I will be calling them again for sure.

I am usually not one to leave bad reviews, however my experience must be shared to warn others. James is a smooth talker and made it sound like he was a expert window/​power washer. They showed up to my house at 4pm and I arrived at 5pm. By the time I showed up they were already finished and were packing up (1hr of work) for $ 300 pay. I had them walk me around the house to show me there work. Honestly I could have done a better job with a garden hose. They claimed they moved all my patio furniture off the deck and cleaned underneath (I checked after, didn’t even lift). All the windows had dirty water runny down and as I was calling him out on the spots missed he claimed this is common (what to still be dirty?).I took a ladder and climbed up the side of the house and there were still cobwebs. He assured me he power washed this area, the house was dry and showed no sign of anyone cleaning. He said he would clean my skylights for zero charge, I took a ladder and climbed up, looked like he took a wet rag and wiped off quickly leaving dirt residue and making it even worse then before. End result, James was extremely unprofessional and did not stand behind his work. I called him out on his unsatisfactory work and he blow me off like his work was great and he didn’t care. He literally called his other crew member during mid conversation and said «we are done here, let’s leave» as I was showing all the spots missed. He is a wham bam see you later man type of guy and is out to scam you!

The folks at Clear Light were very accommodating! Although they were booked for the next few weeks, they had an opening on the afternoon of my call, and the crew showed up on my doorstep right on time. They were quick, professional, and attentive to detail. The windows look amazing! All gook and grime was erased, cobwebs are gone, and the windows sparkle. The entire house looks fresher and newer! We are very, very pleased with the work done, and will definitely be using this company on a regular basis.

and we were both very happy with the end results of their job. We were given an appointment of between 12−1pm and they showed up on time and ready to work. The crew did an excellent job and were very professional. They cleaned the outside and inside of all our windows, the sliding doors as well as all the screens too. We definitely recommend this company.

James is really an expert. He and his crew did an excellent job at a very reasonable rate. They cleaned the inside and outside of all the windows, and wiped down all the screens. Plus, they took the time needed to do a great job and used ladders (not just an extension handle on their tools) to reach the high windows. I’ll definitely use them again.

James and his crew of Calvin and Francisco really came through for us today. We are selling our house and forgot to get the windows cleaned called James on Friday afternoon and he got his crew to come out first thing in the morning and they did a FANTASTIC job

Fast, professional and very reasonable!
I contacted Clear Light to get a quote on gutter cleaning and to wash some high windows on one side of my house which were impossible for me to get to. They were very prompt in returning my call and got me on their schedule quickly. They showed up on time, did a great job on the windows, and were able to clean the gutters without any problems. They were also able to diagnose a problem with the pitch of our gutter not sloping enough to drain one area of our roof properly.
I had two other professional gutter/​roofing companies that listed «gutter cleaning» on their site come out to give me a quote (one was outrageous) and they acted as if our house was some kind of special problem, requiring special ladders to get to the high gutter. Really?
Will definitely use and recommend Clear Light in the future.
