As of right now — this is the highest rating I can give. I picked this company because of their great reviews — and the time frame in which I could have a new screen door installed. I have run into one misstep after another.
First, I called to schedule an appointment for measurement and was clear that it needed to be 3pm or later in the afternoon as I work nights. I was assured that was not a problem. When I woke up at 2:45 on the appointment day, I was made aware that the company had already come by for the appt. Thankfully, someone else was home to handle the appt, but had that not been the case, this night shift worker would have been upset.
We called a few days later to book the order and paid a deposit. I was told the screen would need to be ordered from the manufacturer, and it was approximately another week and a half before installation. I booked my appt (again for the afternoon due to my night shift work).
The day of the appt, I had to wake up early to be ready for installer’s arrival. I was short on sleep, but the install was important to me. I checked my phone, and saw I missed a call from the company, but no voicemail message was left. I called to check on the status of my appt, only to find out nobody was coming as the wrong size door had been delivered. Not only was I upset about the delay in delivery (now there needs to be a re-​order, and since this is a Holiday week, the manufacturer is not shipping — according to Slide Right), but the fact that I did not receive a courtesy call the night before informing me about what happened.
I asked to speak to the manager (last Thursday), and as of today’s date (Tuesday), received no call. I desperately want to leave a positive review… but will have to see how Slide Right resolves this customer service issue.
Update ¹²⁄₀₂ — wish I had something more positive to report —
Received a voicemail msg today that the screen door manufacturer had a delivery issue (truck broke down) and the screen will not be delivered until NEXT week. This is now a THREE WEEK delay. I was also told that the manager tried to call me, although no voicemail message was received, and there is no record of a call received.
I am cancelling my order and requesting a refund. I’m having to work too hard to be a customer, instead of the company working hard to keep my business.

They aren’t lying about the one finger slide. After years of the double fisted pull we finally got sliders replaced. Guess what they even had them on the truck and were able to fix same day! (This is where the patio doors part and the chorus of Angels come in). Other companies said our doors were older, didn’t know if they could remove them, and never got back in touch. Slideright did it same day! You can’t go wrong with slide right. Who cares if u have to go to gym more to replace arm workout

Wyatt was our installer. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Did a great job very respectful and cleaned up after he was finished. After he was done he spent a little time to show me how everything works. Thank you!

This company always exceeds our expectations we have used them on several projects and have used them on our personal homes. They are on time efficient and get the job done right. From their office staff to the installers and the owner they take pride in their work. They always make sure to handle any issues that arise and we will continue to use this company and refer them to our clients. We are always confident when we have them do work for us. The owner really cares about his customers and their satisfaction that is why we choose Slide Right.

I am having a pool installed so I needed to have my double sliding glass doors close automatically. Evan from slide right came out and had it installed in an hour. Great job! He was very professional and I would definitely hire them again if I had to do it again.

7÷8÷2015: Initially loved our slide right door system. However, its been less than 2 years and we are already having to pay to have a 3^rd one installed. We had to pay the $ 65 labor fee for the first replacement which happened 1.5 years after having it. Ok, fine. «It’s rare» they say… Now, 5 months later, the system is broken yet again, and we have to pay another $ 65 to have it replaced. Luckily it is still under warranty for the parts, but $ 65 a pop is adding up to where we can probably have a different company install a more quality product. Slide Right was not willing to waive this second $ 65 fee even though their product only lasted 5 mo! We now have to wait a week to have it repaired. Definitely no urgency or customer service on their part. Who knows how long this one will last… maybe we will get lucky and it will help keep my 1 yr old and 4 yr old from going outside on their own (pool out there) for 2 mo before we have to pay for yet another one. Ugh… I would encourage you to shop around and find a company with a more quality product.
Update 7÷14÷2015: After posting this negative review, the company reached out to me. I got a personal call from the owner and they came out today and fixed the door for free. I appreciate the service I got after this review was posted. I hope they make things right with future customers proactively rather than waiting for a negative review to do so. Thankful to have it fixed!

this company used to be called EZ Glide. I used to set up repairs and services for all our rental houses with Jim. service was great from the first call to completed appt. now, i call the «SlideRight» office, i get a rude individual to begin with, try to set an appointment to repair or service a sliding door or damaged screen. it is always three weeks out for the next appt. we set up time and day. day of service, tech always calls to say he has cancelled appts and if he can come early. great! it take less then fifteen minutes to service a 6’8 sliding door and charge 160.00.now to repair a sliding screen door, they prefer you order a new one rather then repair a screen that wasnt put in by them. and they want a deposit put down, then pay in full three to four weeks later when their type of screen is aval. that costs215.00. then when paid in full, when the new screen comes in, a tech from slideright will call to say, he needs to be paid in full before he installs the screen.
this is the responsibility of the person at slide right office to coordinate with the tect to show its been paid in full. or they are trying to pull a fast one to pay more. when i called the office to report that their is a tect at the rental property to instal the new screen and he is demanding to be paid in full, no one was there. i left a message and called the tech back and said he spoke to the office and they are looking for the paper work that shows its been paid. i told tech i have my receipt to show its been paid. office has not called me back. this has happened before twice, i over looked it before. but this time, i know i will not be using them for sliding door service again. i will pay another company to do business properly and in a timely manner. i have used this company for many years and i think its they are getting sloppy. i did my part on calling them asking for service and repairs. i did my part my paying in full. they didnt follow thriugh on their part and are asking me to pay in full, again. when they were already paid. and i have a feeling the office person will not be calling to apologize for being doing he job well. i recommend she take more training on verbal skills, communication, customer service and phone etiquette. never again slide right. i do not recommend this company at all. just disappointing all the way around.

Very professional. Confirmed appointments. Communicated clearly. Worked efficiently. Repaired self closing mechanisms on sliding doors without doing more than necessary. Very happy with the work and the support of office staff. Highly recommend.

Our sliding glass door was getting very hard to slide. Not only did I get a quick appointment, the service was in the time frame the scheduler provided and was called the day before as a reminder and also 20 minutes before they arrived. A great experience and all is now well… They additionally do glass and I had them measure and replace a window as well! Awesome company that I recommend highly!!!

I was out of town for a couple of weeks so I needed up scheduling SlideRight to come out to complete the work upon my return. They called the day before to confirm my appointment. Then Justin the same tech who did our estimate called the morning of to confirm his arrival time, which was on time.
Justin was friendly, professional and answered all of my questions and got right to completing the job. He proceeded to replace the weather stripping in all 6 of our sliding doors, something many companies do not do anymore, installed security (Charlie) bars on all the doors, replaced the rollers in one of the doors, installed a new screen door on that same door, and swapped out a handle/​locking mechanism from a seldom used door to the one we use the most and then replaced another screen on our kitchen window.
The work was done exactly to the specifics we wanted and at exactly the price we were quoted. Our 36 year old sliding doors now function as well as possible, are more efficient, don’t rattle in the wind or when we open an outside door anymore and this has bought us a few more years to decide on how and when we want to upgrade the doors, which is essentially all of the windows in our home as we have only 3 windows and 6 sliding doors in our whole place.
I highly recommend this company to anyone needing sliding door repair. They do installs on sliding doors in showers too FYI.

Jacob did a great job replacing the rollers on one of our doors. He was extremely courteous and on his own initiative ensured that we truly needed the rollers replaced before starting the actual replacement. I appreciated this because it gave me confidence that he was not completing a repair that was unneeded just so that his company could be paid. He also cleaned everything up perfectly and then provided maintenance instructions and details on the warranty.
The only downside of the work is now that my door is riding higher the pin lock is not aligned and will not work, however this is not enough to lower my rating or opinion of the work that Jacob did, and we will easily address this on our own.
I would encourage anyone needing this type of service to call SlideRight and to request Jacob!

Our sliding glass doors were very hard to slide, as it was rubbing on the bottom frame scrapping the metal. Jacob (Slideright Tech) arrived on time, and was very polite and knowledgeable about the door system. He explained the issues that he found with the door and the options on how he was to fix them. We were very please with the experience and would recommend Sideright to those in need.

I called this company on a recommendation from Presidential pools. The guy that came out to my house could not have been more helpful. He explained what he was doing to make my HUGE sliding glass door slide shut automatically. I let him know I was having an inspection the very next day and he looked at another door for me and made a couple adjustments so it would shut easier. I wished I had his name to give him his proper due. Would highly recommend. Good guys.

Very professional. They came early and fixed the sliding glass door at the estimated price. We are considering further work for them to do. For those of you who wonder about their ad that states you can open a sliding glass door with one finger, it is absolutely correct! We are extremely satisfied.

Slide Right did a great job for us. We needed a quick repair because we were selling the house. At first, they made suggestions of how I could fix it myself and save the service charge. When that was unsuccessful, they came out, assessed the problem and fixed it with in 1 ½ hours. The cost was almost half of what I was quoted because the technician was able to do a few minor repairs instead of the major door replacement.

Slide Right did a great job installing rollers on our sliding door. They also stand behind their work. They came out today after several months and fixed the alignment of the door which was a result of a part that I need to replace as it has worn down. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Also, the persons that I dealt with have been very professional and arrived on time.

I had Slideright come and install screens over all the windows in my new home. Their staff was friendly, scheduling was very flexible and I couldn’t find a better price. The screens installed not only look good but have cut my electric bill a ton! Definitely recommend.
