History

Established in 2001.

Husband and wife owners Pete Garcia and Gail Tewalt ran two companies in Wisconsin during the 1980’s and 90’s. They moved to the valley in 1996 and Pete took a job with a skylight company. Eventually Pete and Gail decided to open their own business once again. In May of 2001, they opened Skylight to Floor, offering quality work at reasonable rates with a low-​key, friendly touch.
