AVOID — LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I called Advantage Plus at 6:30 pm and spoke with Doug. I mentioned that me and a networking group were searching for a carpet cleaner. I invited him to meet me and the networking group to see if his services would fit our needs.
Unfortunately, Doug hung up the phone on me after lecturing me on the time of day, and purpose of my call. I can see how so many of these reviews are negative when there is a lack of customer service from the start.
Needless to say, I would not recommend this business.

Advantage has been our preferred vendor since 1998! We are a prop mgmt co and they do a great job. They work really hard to accomodate our schedule and are very thorough and knowledable. I have referred them to clients and friends and they have all been very happy with Larry and the staff at Advantage!

I had Advantage Plus clean my carpets as part of an Amazon local deal. They did a poor job. They didn’t go all the way to the baseboards and I found a feather and A piece of paper that hadn’t been moved or cleaned over. They also didn’t remove a spot that I specifically pointed out to them. My carpets don’t look any different than before they came. I was very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Dane and Derek came out and I would say did a pretty good job. We purchased the Amazon Local deal that was going on (carpets, and then a grout and tile clean and seal).
For what they did, they did a great job. The pretreated and cleaned the carpets, they cleaned the tile and grout, and thus far it looks good. They were very friendly and got right to work, even though they had called in the morning as they were down to one van, which really sucks and I sympathize with.
My concern comes in when I noticed a couple things. There was a pretty obvious spot in one of the bedrooms (kind of between a night stand and a tub/​toybox) that I had to point out to get them to clean after they were already packing up. Additionally, as far as I can tell they didn’t even move the sectional pieces in the living room to clean the carpet there. Though I know there are certain things that don’t get moved (like very heavy things, beds, etc), in my experience the couch is normally moved to clean the carpet underneath.
Additionally, on the invoice, it says tile and grout clean, but I don’t see anything on there about a seal, so not sure if that even got touched.
Not sure if it was just a one-​off thing due to being short-​handed and overwhelmed, but I was a little disappointed with some of the missing details I’m used to seeing with a carpet cleaner.

I can’t believe how awesome our floors look. We never sealed the grout when we moved in, I know shame on us, and after 2 years it was filthy. To be completely honest, I didn’t have high hopes for the results and now it looks like it did when we moved in. It is unbelievable! We were able to get an appointment on the day we needed it and they arrived on time. I was even called when they were about 30 mins out. They guys that came were very nice and they worked really fast. We will definitely use them the next time we do our carpets.

Dane and Derek of Advantage Plus Carpet Cleaning just finished cleaning and sealing my travertine tile floor wow does it look good the grout and tile are so clean looks brand new. Thanks for the good job guys!

Mike came out to clean my carpets and sofas this past Monday. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely call Advantage Plus for all my carpet cleaning needs.

We had Advantage come in and do all of our carpets as well as all the grout in our house. I cannot get over at how amazing our grout looks! It was almost black (we have pets and kids) and now it looks almost as good as the day we moved in! Amazing. They did an awesome job on our carpets as well, they too look brand new. We’re very pleased with the job and the service we received. Would use them again and would recommend them!

I have used Advantage Plus on two different occasions and both times were AMAZING! Once, Mike came and did the carpets in my apartment– and we all know how LOVELY apartment carpet can be! Plus add a dog, preschooler, and toddler– what a wreck! My carpets looked better than when I moved in, they were almost completely dry, and the deal was the best in town! Then, I had the company come out to my work to clean the inside of my car. The way the car looked after– it was magic– seriously magic! I will use no one else for either job now! I trust them and recommend them to anyone needing these services!

Dane came to my apartment and cleaned my carpets better than any other company had! Other companies did good, but for some reason certain stains wouldn’t lift. Dane came in, did his job, and was out quickly! I was very impressed when I saw the final result. It looked like it did when I first moved in, if not BETTER. All stains were out and lifted! I am looking forward to using this business again, and requesting Dane :)

Dane, performed my sofa cleaning this morning. I can’t express how pleased I am with this company. My schedule is always hectic and he worked around my day. Their customer service is SUPERB! Not to mention my sofas look brand new! I will definitely use this company for all my cleaning needs! A+

I called Larry out for a small job– couple stains on a customers carpet and his company did such a great job on the job, the customer thanked me a ton for the referral. Thanks for making us look good guys!
