Aaron and/​or his crew have been cleaning our carpets for years. They have employed an innovative program of shampooing and steam cleaning which has always resulted in success. Recently Aaron was able to clean our sofa which another service had botched. Miramar unfailingly gives a quote prior to any service and never changes the price with any «ups» or extras. They are more than fair in both their picing and level of service. I recommend them without any downside. Punctual, polite, competent, affordable. I’ll always use Miramar.

We love Aaron and Miramar Carpet Cleaning! He is fast, clean, affordable, and our house smells amazing when they are finished! We have two dogs that tend to have accidents — pee, vomit, dirt — and of course, our carpets start to stink and have spots. However, after one pet treatment and cleaning, our carpets are like new again! We have never had to ask Aaron to come back for a touch-​up or re-​do but he always insists that we call if something isn’t right after the carpet dries. We have used several other companies but no one else compares to Miramar — they are the best!!!
We also had our 10 year old cream colored sectional cleaned and they did an AMAZING job! We have considered getting a new couch bc we were afraid to have it cleaned after trying to get some spots out ourselves but Aaron told us how important it is to clean it — all or nothing –for it to look right! He was absolutely correct and our couch looks like new!

We have been using this company for 5 years and will never go with anyone else! They come in, clean fast, with a truck mount, hot water system, and without soap! These off white carpets are clean, and high traffic areas are gorgeous!

Why use any other company? When you have a company who has the latest equipment and experience needed to do the job right. I have used them for several years and they have always provided top notch service. Prices are as quoted on phone with no hidden fees. I have used some of the big company’s and the price you pay Is for mediocre work. You would be a fool not to use this company (seriously).

We tried Aaron after seeing a coupon… about eight years ago. We haven’t used anyone since. He does our carpets and tile. He’s been our go-​to guy for 3 different houses. If you don’t get an answer on the business line, Shannon calls back very quickly. They’ve always been able to get me on the schedule within a day or two. They are prompt, careful with the furniture and personal items, and thorough. Aaron will let you know, up front, whether he thinks stains will come out (all but one has).

I had my carpets cleaned today and WOW!
I have always been happy with my carpet cleaning by Miramar (see previous review) but today was exceptional.
First of all, Aaron, whom I hadn’t seen for a couple of years (and failed to recognize. Sorry about that, Aaron, lol) and his brother were my technicians.
Second of all, there have been advances made in the field of carpet cleaning. Aaron, being the passionate professional he is, has embraced them.
What that means to the carpet owner is that he is using a non-​soap solution that leaves no residue and cleans fantastically well. It also means that he has invested in a new 2^nd stage machine that lifts hair and debris from deep within your carpets.
I was shocked to see how much hair was still on my freshly and repeatedly vacuumed carpets! I was thrilled to see all that debris removed with the next phase of cleaning.
Another new addition to his Carpet Cleaning Ninja arsenal is a high powered fan/​blower that had my carpet nearly dry by the time they left.
Miramar is also great about understanding that I have an old dog and old carpet and that I am not replacing the latter until the former is gone. He still makes this old carpet sparkle!
And, as has always been my experience, I paid the price I was quoted and was not pressured in any way.
Just a fantastic experience. Again. That never gets old!

Aaron and Ivan arrived early :) They went to work and my floors looks gorgeous! I have not cleaned the tiles in 4 years and we have 3 dogs. There was a lot of dog hair. The tiles and grout were DIRTY!
I was telling Aaron that it’s so difficult for me to clean my ceiling fans, I have 20 foot ceilings. Next thing I know, Ivan is on a ladder cleaning it for me! This team goes above and beyond their call of duty. I have had nothing but wonderful and professional interactions with Miramar. Trust me, call them! I did my research, I compared prices and Miramar is the way to go.

Very dishonest response never addressing the root cause of your issues.
That is not how you run a business.
Accept that you screwed up, work to close the gaps, and move on. That is called being professional.
