Dr. Henahan is proud to be a resident of Peachtree City since 1999.

We also provide eye exams to residents of Newnan, Sharpsburg, Fayetteville, Senoia, Tyrone and surrounding areas.

History

Established in 2008.

Dr. Henahan opened Spectrum Eyecare in order to create a warm, relaxing environment for residents of Peachtree City, Sharpsburg and Newnan to get their eye exam and contact lenses.

He also committed to providing the most technologically advanced eye exam and eyeglasses available anywhere. Finally he wanted to bring the type of beautiful eyewear that is usually only seen in major cities to Peachtree City. The optical carries frames from Chanel, RayBan, Coach, Koali, Kliik, Fysh, Costa del Mar and many more.

Dr. Henahan earned his doctorate in 1991. During his training, Dr. Henahan became one of a few students ever to have his optometric clinical studies published in a major eye care journal.

Following graduation, Dr. Henahan furthered his study and training in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases with leading eye doctors and ophthalmologists at Harvard-​affiliated clinics and private centers.

In 1992, he was appointed to the faculty of the LSU Eye Center where he performed eye exams on patients suffering from vision impairment. In 2000, he moved to Peachtree City for it’s family friendly environment and great schools. Dr. Henahan worked at Peachtree City Eye Center as an associate until opening Spectrum Eyecare in 2008.
