When we bought our house in Fayetteville 4 years ago, we used an agent from this location (love you, Joann!) and were extremely pleased. We actually met her before we chose a buyer’s agent because we called to see one of her listings. We did this with several houses and she was the only one of the listing agents who didn’t pressure us to choose an agent immediately… namely themselves. I lost count of how many houses she showed us and we had three contracts fall through, all for stupid reasons (eg: there was an offer from someone who came from the current owner’s hometown and they thought it was karma, even though the offer was lower than ours — WTF?) yet she never lost patience with us. The office staff was unfailingly pleasant both in PTC and when we stopped in the Fayetteville location to write contract (s). When we get ready to change houses in a couple of years, Joann will get our listing and be our agent for the purchase, without question.
