We’ve been trusted for so long because of our results: beautiful hair and skin! In addition to being the threading specialists for men and women across California, we also offer a variety of services including waxing, facials, head massage, make-​over and temporary henna tattoos with glitters and rhinestones! Haircuts, coloring, extensions and perms are also available at various locations.

Established in 2009.

Since 2001, Vinita’s Beauty & Threading Studio has been proudly serving our esteemed clients from across California! We have been awarded the «best threading» salon in all of Los Angeles, and continue to uphold the high standards on which our first location was founded on as we continue to expand. Mina is amazing at threading eyebrows. You will not be dissatisfied if you like v-​shaped/​arched eyebrows. She gets it. Go go go!

If you’re looking for a good henna tattoo this is the place to go! Sapna did an excellent job on my right arm giving me essentially a sleeve (which is what I asked for). She gives really cool and intricate design. It’s supposed to last two weeks but the color on the final product comes out a lot deeper and more vivid if you put sugar mixed with lemon juice on the henna areas. I’ll keep you guys updated.

I always go to the same threading place ever since I moved here. I feel like it’s very difficult to trust a person to do my eyebrows because I’m very sensitive about my brows. But I’m so glad that they didn’t «murder» my precious brows. I’m so happy with the result! I’ll definitely consider going back here.

I have only been to Sapna for my eyebrows. I’ve been going to her for over a year now and she has seriously changed my eyebrows for the better! She is so sweet and always has such good energy. You cannot go wrong with entrusting your brows to her.

I absolutely love this studio! It is always relaxing and friendly. I swear by Sapna! Maggie has done a good job and currently, Suzie (or Suzy) is SLAYING my brows. I love her technique and shape. All in all, great place, I have never left upset. They preserve the brow and never go too thin. Great breath and they all smell delicious (IMPT). I will be very sad if I ever have to find a new place. Good luck!

What I appreciate most is when you get your brows threaded, they actually measure the lines and points of the arches!
I just had an incident at Ziba’s in Arcadia that left my brows with a dent at the top of my right brow and completely uneven! It was my mistake– these ladies at Vinita’s are the best.
Maina is my personal go-​to, but I’ve had positive experiences with everyone.

I came here for threading on a Friday afternoon and I’m so glad that I found this salon so I don’t have to go to Ziba anymore. I requested Sapna because I read such great things about her on Unilocal.Unilocal doesn’t lie. She was wonderful. She is very gentle when she threads so even though it hurts a little bit, which of course it will!, she doesn’t pull the skin. Generally after threading, I have a little scabs especially around my eyebrows but this time, I did not. She gives you a mirror to make sure that you are happy and also gives a short eyebrow massage at the end.
They have coupons if you check in that you can use EVERY TIME! How nice. What a chance from Ziba. The lady at the front was very nice and gave me a stamp card and a flyer with more coupons!
Definitely my new go to place and I’ll be back!

I stopped by here in a rush after a girlfriend of mine highly recommended this place! By chance, I happened to meet the most wonderful lady who did magic on my eyebrows. I just told her what I wanted, showed her a picture, and she did such an amaaaaaazing job. Exceeded my expectations since no one has ever really satisfied me with how they do my brows until her. suuuuuper kind lady with really great eyebrow threading vision and skill! Highly recommend. Only 16 bucks for eyebrows and upper lip ;)

I came by on a Sunday after weeks of resisting going. Eyebrow threading is a love hate. I love having slayed eye brows, but I hate the pain I have to endure to get them. Any way I finally bit the billet after walking by nearly every day on my way to the gym. On Sunday they open at 11am. I arrived at 11:07 and 4 people were ahead of me (good sign). I don’t know who did my eyebrows. But she did an awesome job. Brows were even, not too think and perfectly shaped. The price is reasonable as well $ 10.99. Not bad for the area.

I was wrong about Amy. She kept threading my right eyebrow thinner than the other. I know she takes her time and I thought it was because she tries to take out all the hair but really the wait to see her takes forever because she just chats and chats with her customers. I was literally sitting there for 30 mins for 1 customer to be done so I left.
Also, once Amy starts on your eyebrows she talks bad things about the previous customer that just left. That’s really unprofessional to talk bad about your customers.
She must be leaving this place soon because she secretly gave me her phone number and Instagram username. Well I wish you all the luck. I’m not getting my eyebrows done with you anymore.

Lo and behold, another wonderful review for Sapna. Got my caterpillars (eyebrows) threaded and it turned out great. Her bright smile and gentle touch made me feel completely at ease. It did sting a little bit but the results make it oh so worth it. It was $ 11 but you can get $ 2 off by checking in here.
The wait was 10 minutes (I went on a Friday afternoon). If you happen to have a long wait time, there are a lot of shops and eateries nearby to kill some time. I parked in the nearby free lot right in front of the city hall — just walk down and around the corner to reach the studio.
Will definitely become a regular customer here!

Old Town is full of overpriced brow shaping places. I’ve seen some places in Old Town charge $ 55 for an eyebrow wax — which is completely ridiculous!
Vinita’s does an incredible job, and they thread — no plucking with tweezers! Plus the price is $ 10 for brows!

This is definitely going to be my go-​to threading shop. After the result of the horror story that is my eyebrows has received from years of waxing, I had to take a long hiatus to allow my brows to grow back fully.
Parking can be a pain, but if you come at the right time (after about 6pm) there should be parking right in front and you just pay the station, but I do believe they have parking in the back for a fee.
Walk-​ins are relatively easy and quick. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Suzy saw me right away and cleaned up my brows without thinning them out. She was very gentle and cautious and really took her time to get the shape right. She applied witch hazel and aloe vera to soothe any redness before and after the threading. She also gives you a mirror to hold onto and asks every so often whether the shape is okay and what she can do to fix it. Amazing service.
Prices are really reasonable and there are coupons if you check in. They also have stamp cards available, with your 11th visit free!

They offer haircuts, waxing, facials and henna too. I would love to try another service for the great price.

A little threading shop located in Old Town Pasadena. They have at least 4 chairs with a sign in as you walk in. I didn’t have a preference so I didn’t have a wait. Any did my eyebrows and for the first time I would say she did a nice job. It’ll be an alternative to consider when I need my brows done and don’t want to travel to Glendale to do it.

Susy gave me a great brow threading and was so good with the face massage part of it, that I booked a head massage with her. She slathered coconut oil in my hair and massaged in it and then washed it. It was so good that I fell asleep. Though a little pricey at $ 35 for a 20 minute head massage, it certainly was a nice staycation treat. I’d like to try the others on the head massage to see what they are like. Head massages are like my favorite thing and I have not found a regular person for this yet. It’s looking like Susy… she has a wonderful personality too. And as far as brows, she was on point. She really took a long time and a lot of care with my brows, holding up a mirror after each one and asking what I thought. That’s service!
I’ve had other ladies here too and they are all lovely, elegant, serene folk.
Then I found out they do haircuts there at a reasonable price! Yes, I will be going back to try that out, as I still don’t have a local hairstylist. Thanks, Vinitas!
BUDGET TIP: You get $ 2 off when you check in on social media. Plus if you use their card thingy, you will get perks. I, for sure, am a regular there. $ 4 parking in the back that is unvalidated. Try to park on the street near City Hall and walk down. Also, Lunasia Dim Sum is near this place, and it’s a nice place. See my Unilocal review on that too, please.

Great experience; was there for full face threading. Maina was friendly and through, took her time and even went back over a few spots that still had fur. =P I really appreciate how attentive she was. Full face was $ 35, which I found to be very reasonable. She also shaped my eyebrows nicely. I was very pleased with my service here. Lastly, what I really respected, is that she sanitized her hands right before she started my session. I was seated right away, love that there was no wait, and they kept true to my appointment time.
