Vi is great! Called her this morning because I had a pain in my neck and she was able to see me right away. I drove all the way from Playa Del Rey to Pasadena. She is very accommodating, helpful, and knowledgable in what she does. She informed me proper ways how to take care of my injury and was able to set up a follow up appointment. Thanks Vi!

After moving from the west side to Pasadena I needed to find a new chiropractor and after searching reviews I found Dr. Vi. I’m happy to report she lives up to the five star rating!
Dr. Vi. is just great. As a new father and an active person I often have a lot of muscle knots and poor alignment. She uses a variety of methods to make sure I leave her office feeling like I’ve been put back together!
She’s accommodating with scheduling, she’s always friendly and kind, and she seems genuinely interested in the well being of her patients. It’s a very pleasant experience being under her care.

I injured my Wrist carrying heavy Luggage off a turnstile at the Airport Notihng major but it was annoying and Lingering, My Pain was bearable 2 visits and it was Gone This was a very good experience Dr Vi Is very thorough and hands on, you won’t be seeing 3 – 4 different people or feel Rushed in and out. DR VI IS AWESOME! My entire family has been going to her a little less than a year now. I’ve never gone to a chiropractor before so I was a bit scared when I came for my first visit because I didn’t know what to expect. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgable. I even convince my fiancé to come see her as well.
The facility is super clean and there is free parking in the same lot as Flour & Tea.
I would highly recommend her, seriously, she is amazing!

My first time ever at a chiropractor and i luckily picked the right one. Dr. Vi was very knowledgeable with my wrist injury. (you would think chiropractors only know about back aches or adjustments). She told me exactly what was wrong with my injury and took her time to explain the causes and why it hasn’t healed properly yet. I googled and researched online for weeks and tried everything to figure how to heal my injury. She was nice enough to answer my thousands of questions and was very thorough. Her office is a very relaxing and comfortable environment vs. other clinics or offices. I would recommend anyone with any type of injuries to see Dr. Vi!

I’ve been seeing her for about 6 months now. She is a very knowledgeable and caring person. She always provides useful tips exercises for me to practice. I’ve referred my bf and brother to see her as well and she is just as sweet to them.
The facility is very clean and comfortable. There is always free parking in the back lot.
I now see her once a month for maintenance, but it’s like a deep massage for me. I always leave her office feeling new!

I’m not sure what 30 does to a person… But man aches and pains hit a different level.
I woke up in extreme neck pain. Desperate didn’t even come close to describe my feeling for relief. I was willing to do/​pay anything just to make the pain go away.
I called early in the morning and Dr. Vi answered. She happily made me a same day appointment for later that morning.
What happened at the appointment was sheer brilliance and nothing short. She began with a short questionnaire and exam. Then she applied some electrodes and heating pads to loosen my muscles. After she worked on my muscles, finishing off with an adjustment.
My 30 year body is in forever gratitude to Dr. Vi for putting it back to tip top shape. I will definitely be coming back to her very soon and will be recommending to everyone I know!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but she saved me from my misery and she deserves every star.
I worked out this morning (against my better judgement), aggravated my hip flexors even more than they already were, and was desperately looking for someone to save me from my self-​inflicted agony. They were ON FIRE. I called around to a few massage therapists and chiropractors on Unilocal and Dr. Vi was the first one who could take me ASAP. (Also learning that people don’t like to work on Friday…) I had my doubts about chiropractors, but I’m a believer now!
I drove over for my appointment 2 hrs later, parked in the back behind flour + tea, filled out my paperwork, and was greeted with Dr. Vi. She listened to my problem, took time to figure out and diagnose the issue and treated me. She didn’t rush the appointment AT ALL. She was so sweet and caring, listening to all my crazy problems and questions (I had a lot). This is what seeing a doctor should be like!
She sent me home feeling a zillion times better. I also got a pretty awesome looking/​functioning free ice/​heat pack (I think also comes with your check-​in). She’s not here to upsell you, make you come back a zillion times, and take all your money. She actually cares. Extra points for taking insurance!

I was on vacation in Southern California when my sciatic nerve started to act up. I could feel the pinching going down my legs and I just couldn’t bare the pain any longer. Vi was recommended to me by a friend and was able to fit me in the same day. She had me go into her office, did a quick checkup, then found that my hips were misaligned and she quickly snapped me back into place. Literally.
I can’t thank her enough for the awesome adjustment. Too bad I can’t bring her up to San Francisco with me.

I had an extremely awkward experience with a chiro I was referred to by my pcp. After two sessions that only temporarily relieved my back pain, I decided to give up on going to a chiro… until I had a day off and decided to give Dr. Nguyen a try. A few of my friends raved about her quality of care and services so I figured there was no harm in trying.
I am so glad I called her. She happily welcomed me into her office as a walk in and was extremely professional. Her staff also rivaled her in the level of professionalism she demonstrated with me.
After listening to me describe my back issues, she tailored a treatment session for me. I left her practice with a lot less pressure and pain in my back. Lo and behold I haven’t had to return to get adjusted.
About a week later, I received some courtesy samples of Biofreeze from Dr. Nguyen with a personalized note to boot.
Dr. Nguyen made the whole bone cracking experience a lot less intimidating with her easy going and approachable disposition. The follow up personalized note was more than a mere correspondence — it demonstrates a genuine concern and care for her patients and their well being. That kind of mentality is rare to come by.

Let me start off by first saying that I am deathly afraid of doctors and hospitals gives me the frights. However, after sustaining a shoulder injury while working out at the gym; I knew, I had to seek professional help.
While rummaging through numerous Unilocal reviews to find a professional knowledgably chiropractor, I happened to stumble on Dr. Vi Nguyen’s Unilocal page and decided to visit her office. My anxieties quickly went away the moment I walked in her office. I was kindly greeted by her receptionist while she took down my information. Since I was unclear if my insurance will cover the visit, I was surprise at how accommodating they were in taking the time to look up my benefits and fully explain to me the coverage I had.
During my session, Dr. Nguyen asked me detailed questions about my injury: pain level, how the injury occurred, and my daily activities. She thoroughly evaluated my concerns and never made me feel rush. She addressed my injury through a variety of adjustments. After the session was over, I was shocked at how nimble and great my body felt. Dr. Nguyen was well informed and left me with loads of informations, and recommendations.
Overall: My experiences was great. Dr. Nguyen was not only professional, but she genuinely cared about my concerns and thoroughly addressed my injury. Without a doubt, I will be recommending my friends and family to see her. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit. Thanks Dr. Vi!

Extremely knowledge and informational! For many years I have had off and on knee issues, which doctors could never really provide an explanation to the cause of it. I never thought a chiropractor could help diagnose my pain but Dr. Nguyen was spot on! She not only asks all the right questions to find the root cause but she thoroughly examined my posture, flexibility, shoes etc. She was able to give me a quick hip adjustment and make recommendations to avoid future pain.

What a difference a day makes !! I walked (almost crawled I should say) into Dr. V office this morning and walked out of there ready to speed walk to the nearest mall. She really took the time to explain to me what was really happening with my back and how I could naturally help my body heal itself ! Can’t thank you enough !!

I usually do not like going to chiropractors but my back was in pain. I decided to try out Dr. Vi’s since I was in town in Pasadena for business.
The establishment is very nice and clean unlike some other places I have been to. She took very good care of me and she really cares about her patients. Unlike some of the doctors, she always listens to you. She always tries to figure out the cause of your problems instead of just adjusting you. She arranged MRI and nerve tests for me.
She stretched out my back which made a big difference.
All her staffs are very friendly. 5 stars for me.
