I have been coming to Dr. Tse for over 22 years! I use to live in the area but I have moved further away toward the Inland Empire, AND, I work in Orange County but I still drive to his office! What does that tell you about this dentist? Well considering I drive very far to see him still it says a lot! He is worth it, trust me. I have 3 dentist offices literally in the same area that I work in (no kidding) I could walk to each of these offices but I am comfortable and confident in his hands. His office staff is professional, not rude, they are organized and Dr. Tse for years. Dr. Tse is a nice, quiet, patient dentist. It is a soothing experience when in his office. He plays nice, soothing music (some of it is actually his own piano playing) his wife tends to the orchids that she has grown in the office since I can remember, and he has a fantastic collection of reading material. coffee-​table books if you will. The only problem is that there is NEVER a wait more than 10 minutes so you never get a chance to read anything for long!
If you get offended by professionalism then I guess this is not the office for you!

Dr. Tse is the BEST! Always friendly, professional and makes me feel comfortable about having to do something I’d much rather skip: Going to the dentist.

I have been a patient for so many years now! LOVE all the staff-​they are super friendly and LOVE dr. TSE!!! He is so cheerful, always smiling and makes me feel at home. =)

I’ve been coming to Dr. Tse’s for cleanings for the last couple of years and it always goes smoothly. I never have to sit more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, Dr. Tse’s hygienists and receptionists are warm, friendly and great at their jobs — and Dr. Tse himself is always cheerful and attentive.

Finally! A dentist who that I don’t dread coming to see at the six month mark. I started seeing Dr. Tse over a year ago and since have referred many of my friends to go visit him. He’s very gentle and doesn’t try to push sales so he can get commission. During my last routine cleaning I did not have Dr. Tse do the cleaning but one of his associates did. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she was careful and gentle with my teeth as well. I raised a concern about my wisdom teeth and she got Dr. Tse to come check it out. He explained that I could have them removed and all I really needed to remove was my bottom left wisdom tooth. It was completely up to me if I wanted to remove all 4. He referred me to Dr. Ebner downstairs, who was also wonderful!
It’s crazy but I don’t mind seeing the dentist anymore!

I have never had any problems with a dentist until I met Dr. Tse. When he cut my lip doing my filling, he said that «I have dry lips.» Then he bruised my gum and told me that I should take two aspirin. Unfortunately, the pain was so excruciating that I had to go back to his office and get codeine. When I returned, he was laughing and said, «he’s already back?» Overall, it was a horrible experience.

Great dental office! Have been going to his practice since I was a child. Never have I once had a less than exceptional experience.

Very disappointed. Dr. Tse has zero bedside manner. Makes no effort to comfort the patient. Poor job explaining what is wrong with your teeth.

I’ve only been to Dr. Tse twice now, but I really love him and his staff. He’s very straightforward, caring, and honest. He and I had a conversation a year ago about whether or not we should do a procedure before my insurance expired and he ONLY had my best interest at heart… not one sign that he wanted to make money off me. I’m glad that he didn’t pressure me and gave me just the facts because the pain I had went away and the procedure would have been unnecessary. I only get good vibes from him and I feel like I can trust him.
I also appreciate how quick they are! I’m in and out for a cleaning in no time at all.

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Tse’s office! I haven’t been to the dentist in 3.5 years so I was very nervous, and his whole staff made the experience so painless! The x-​rays were done very quickly, which I appreciated. The hygienist was amazing!!! Dr. Tse was so nice and straightforward. Very thorough! I will definitely be going again in 6 months.

I’m not a big fan of the dentist but Dr. Tse has been my dentist since I was 14. This is a very clean dental office, the staff is very professional. My whole family and I have been coming here for years.
I will say you have to be very specific and make sure that he listens to you. He tends to be a bit rushed. Ask questions and make sure that you understand what going on with insurance AND treatments to ensure that you are getting what you want. Never assume. Overall ok,

I have been going here for years. I used to like Dr. Tse a lot, but over the past few years, my opinion has changed dramatically. I have had one bad experience after another, including terrible pain, both during and after procedures due to not enough local anesthesia and no pain meds to go home. I actually left his office crying once. I just don’t trust him anymore and will not be returning or recommending him to anyone. Good news is, I went to a new dentist today and it was like night and day, which motivated me to write this! I am kicking myself now for giving Dr. Tse so many chances and not leaving him a long long time ago.

Been coming here for about 6 years and have received excellent care and service during that time. Dr. Tse is great and what he does and has an excellent bedside manner. All of the hygienist are fantastic. Location is convenient, scheduling a cinch, and the office is lovely. Never a painful cleaning and most importantly they run on time. I’ve had fillings replaced here and been referred for surgical removal of wisdom teeth in the same building. Glad my hubby found this place!

I’ve been coming here for 8 years now and I’ve never had a problem and very reasonably priced for not having dental insurance.
They even clean my mouth guard at no additional charge.
But why does it always smell like crayons in the hallways?

Loved my experience here! Dr. Tse and his hygienist (I think her name is Maria) were great. Very friendly and thorough but not trying to up-​sell you every chance they get. I’ve been to many dentists over the years and so many of them pressure you to spend a lot of money doing cosmetic things or expensive procedures. Not Dr. Tse, his laid back, warm energy was very refreshing. I’m actually looking forward to coming back! The only reason I took off a star was I came 10 minutes early (like a good patient) and wasn’t seen for nearly 45 minutes. People were called in from the waiting room before me that had appointment times that were later than mine. The receptionist didn’t even say anything about it until I inquired. I get that things get busy and this was my first time so if it turns out this was just a one-​off thing I’ll change it to 5 stars.

I have been going to Dr Tse every since I was a kid. 25 years later im still coming in.
The Best!!!

I’ve been with Dr. Tse for a number of years, however, for the past year things have changed. All I hear is root canal from every room. What is this a new business for you? He’s patient and compassionate, but I feel like I’m being taken advantage of because I have a decent insurance plan. He’s not following through with completeing his work and doing a thorough job as before. I do greatly appreciate that Dr. Tse doesn’t bug you when there is a balance due. I had to leave a good dentist because his wife was bugging the hell out of me for payments. Overall, Dr. Tse is OK, but he use to be outstanding in my book.

I love Dr. Tse! He is SO friendly and very through in his examination of your teeth. His office staff are very friendly and the hygienists are gentle yet your teeth always look fabulous afterwards. Not sure how they do that! My childhood dentist used to torment me, so glad that I switched to Dr. Tse. My orthodontist Dr. Hambleton sees him as does everyone I work with! Cannot recommend him more!
He also has the best orchids in his office. I want to take them home

Dr. Tse is very patient; he explains everything and listens intently. I highly recommend him for your dental needs. He also has great recommendations on other doctors if you need root canal work.

Today things appear different now. He left me blowin in the wind Sure he is not a hard sell but maybe lacks a lot of follow thru if in fact you need that. I just am not one of the lucky people with my teeth it has never been easy breezy in that arena for me.
