Let’s be very clear, ALL Paul does is hang the flat screen. I had wanted help with moving a Directv box from one room to another — not really that big a deal, and for a guy who claims to be a home theater expert, it should have been a piece of cake. Even though he told me over the phone it would not be a problem, was clear that he really no idea how to proceed, or perhaps he could have done the job but it would have taken hours and event then, I was not certain it would be done right. Very disappointing.

Let me preface by saying this: Paul is a very nice individual and has the utmost professsional demeanor and attitude. Unfortunately, I could not say the same of his level of workmanship, though I really wanted to and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt on many occasions. I needed a home theater speaker installation, and I chose him over several other installers because he was able to come out the same day… I was in a hurry to have everything done and out the way. Unfortunately, for a job I think should have been finished the same day, he took three full days (two were in the evenings, which was inconvenient to my fiancée and me). He did not protect my home theater equipment while he was drilling holes in walls and I ended up having to clean my equipment and stand. He used speaker wires that were too thin for the application, causing me to run out to Best Buy last minute to pay for beefier speaker wires. He used cooking oil to make it easier for speaker wires to pass through a hole he drilled in the wall stud (the hole was way too small). He mistakenly drilled a hole on another adjacent wall that didn’t need to be drilled into, cause additional clean-​up and wall repair. In addition, he patched the drywall around an electrical outlet in such a way that it caused my home electrical to go down, and I had to have my electrician come out the following day to diagnose and fix. Finally, I had to hire another individual to complete the drywall repair because of the concerns my fiancée and I had after the electrical incident, and the drywall guy stated that he needed to redo the patch-​up work Paul did. In retrospect, I think I took a loss on this one.

Paul’s professionalism and service quelled all fears as he set out to install a new flat screen in my bedroom. He was able to solve the problems on site that were giving me angst and did it all with such an easy going nature. I relaxed into knowing that everything was going to turn out OK… and it did. He will be the first person I call for the next job. Thanks again Paul!

I recently had a TV hung on my wall. Paul was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. He returned a second day after I picked up an updated cable box and wires. He made sure I was pleased, I would definitely recommend his company to others. Very easy to work with.
