Overall great experience from start to finish. The estimate was the best price for the quality of cabinet and workmanship. My only regret is I didn’t go with 24″ deep cabinets along the wall. Installation was fast. They use a another company for the epoxy flooring and they did a great job as well. I’m very happy with the finished result and would recommend K&L to anyone.

I meet with Mike the owner, we walked through my garage and discussed several unique storage issues I had. He made very logical recommendations and explained in detail how they were going to build several unique fixtures. They were very competitively priced and very professional every step of the way. Over communicated and delivered right on time. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing cabinets. They get an A+++ for price, quality and service.

They came out to give an estimate on our garage cabinets, unfortunately we were not ready to make the commitment, however I should comment about how they are very professional on the phone, and do not try to hard sell anything. I would do business with this company and could recommend calling even for an estimate on your cabinets, kitchen or garage. When we are ready for the redo, we will certainly be calling again. Thanks for your effort and understanding.

Terrific service, installation and reasonable pricing. We were referred to K & L by our contractor and they did a great job for us. We had gotten pricing from other major closet companies but the value, service and quality from K & L was top notch, highly recommend.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Someone came out last fall to give us an estimate for our very small walk in closet and another regular closet in another room. He was quick and thorough and offered a lot of ideas for arrangements, but also listened to my concerns and goals. We received a full layout and quote within a couple days. The price was inline with the other quotes were received. My husband and I waited on moving forward with the project until this spring, more than 6 months later. They kept the same price that they had quoted me at and set up a time to come out. I wish they had an appointment earlier than 3 weeks out, but it was worth it. The guys showed up and installed both closets within 5 to 6 hours. The closets came out great. The walk-​in, in particular, feels more spacious and organized than it ever did. We were also able to consolidate all of clothes down to one dresser in the room and the rest in the closet! The workers also left everything clean. It’s now been over 4 months since installation and everything works great. The drawers roll in and out smoothly and the cabinets look brand new. I would recommend this business to anyone!

Horrible customer service! The owner came out to my home to supposedly give me estimates and spent a good 30 – 45 minute in my home. At the end of the appointment, he promised he would email me the quote/​estimate the very next day and he never did! When I called to follow up a week later, he told me he was too busy and would get it out to me but still did not follow through! I wiould not recommend this company to anyone. I am now getting my closets remodeled by a more reliable company.

I acquired a few estimates and not only was K&L the best, I think they did a great job. We had the master bedroom closet and a small bedroom closet installed. For the quote, we are satisfied with the end result. The installation is superior and the closet looks very professional. It was timely delivered and we have no issues for the past 2 months we have had it. Highly recommend!

I just bought a new house and I got 3 estimates for a custom closet. Its a pretty big closet and I wanted the cabinets to go all the way up to the ceiling with full backing and all the bells and whistles. I met with K&L, California Closets and Closet Factory. After I collecting all the estimates K&L was $ 8400, California Closets was $ 12,600 and Closet Factory was $ 12,900. I had used California Closets to do my last closet so I asked the designer if they could match the quote and she said there was no way.
In the end, K&L came out and installed everything without a hitch! All and all, I have a beautiful closet that I am very happy with and saved over $ 4000!

We did our homework on closet makers and put the time in to talk to all the local Orange County custom cabinet companies. After choosing three companies to come out and give us quotes, we chose K & L Custom Cabinets.
The first two companies came out and were very professional and my wife actually had a good rapport with one of them. But them K & L Custom Cabinets came out and they blew us out of the water, mainly with the price. The first two quotes we got for our work were in the $ 1700-​$ 2000 range. K & L showed up and gave us a quote (without knowing the other companies offers) in the $ 900-​$ 1000 range. Are you kidding me, half of the price as the others for the same work.
Workers showed up and got right to work and had it done in about 4 – 5 hours. It looks awesome and since we just had a 5.1 earthquake last night, that rattled our whole house except for the closet where not one thing moved.
This group is awesome and if I ever decide to do my garage or another closet, they will be my first and only call!

We recently had built-​ins installed in a home office. Bill Purvis, the salesman, helped us to plan out the design and had excellent ideas. We found the price to be very reasonable, less than we would have paid for similar pieces of furniture. Everything happened as promised and now our office looks custom-​built. We are very pleased.

I was referred to this company by a neighbor who was very pleased with their services. My project was a large master closet that I wanted organized, with an island, single hanging, double hanging, shelving, and a vanity … I wanted a fully functioning organized closet maximixing the large space. After meeting with Bill Purvis, Sales Designer, we were very excited. Bill’s expertise was obvious and he offered design ideas in addition to incorporating our thoughts. He custom designed our closet to meet each and every need. K & L Custom Cabinets pricing was AMAZING! We added extra bells and whistles and still spent less than the three other bids we had received. We added rainglass doors, and enclosed cabinets as well. The job was promised in three weeks, and true to their word, in three weeks they were installing! The two installers were courteous, neat, and tidied up the job impeccably … leaving my closet immaculate!
I LOVE my new closet and my family teases me that I spend more time in there than with them! I highly, highly recommend K & L Custom Cabinets (AND Bill Purvis) if you are looking for closet organizers.
